I don’t ever write reviews. But I need help and no one will help me! I have been charged for Dropbox for 5 months, even though I have an email stating my free trial was canceled in January. I tried contacting their support team on Facebook but they are not helping me. Please help me or tell me what to do to get a refund.

I'm having problems downloading folders... the folder is only 1.2GB with 40 files... should be easy... but I can only download each file (jpg) individually. I contacted Dropbox Customer Service and they are the absolute worse.... they kept asking me the same questions over and over again... my answers did not change... but they kept forgetting my response. Finally they said they would escalate the issue... it's been two days and NO ONE has contacted me to figure out what is going on.... Dropbox technical support is the worse... I'm going to cancel my membership and strat using a different company.

I made a purchase on an offer expiry date and thought that I'll be getting the cash back as I followed the terms and the date. It says clearly on the first paragraph of the offer, then now I am told I am not eligible as the merchant did not post it until the next day. WHAT???? It's $300. I called AMX and told me too bad. It is a scam practice, try to trick cardmemeber to use their card. Terrible.

Can't really speak your mind with any news story on MSN. Seems like they are a part of 'Cancel culture' as you can't have your say on important world issues as comments don't meet guidelines or something went wrong. I've recently noticed more articles have had comments switched off when they would normally seem like a viable talking point.
