Widget on my phone is fine but if I want to look at the next day I'm taken to the horror show that is their page. You can't read the page for all the useless intrusive advertising. Now looking to replace the widget with something that cares more about design and use than shoving adverts down your throat. Adverts are needed, I get it but when they are so invasive you can't see what you're there for then guess what? Users will give up and go else where.. as I am....ok Google, show me weather apps ..

I’ve been a Prime Customer for years and yet still several movies do not have subtitles on Amazon Prime (not even English). It would be impossible to list them all here. It usually happens with movies from the 80’s and earlier - although even with some more recent ones. Still, Netflix manages to provide subtitles (and in multiple languages) also on old movies - which clearly shows a better service/ customer care as well as attention towards hearing impaired customers.Subtitles aren’t just for the hearing impaired—they help you to understand new languages, as well as decipher difficult-to-follow dialogue.

Deleted NOT Suspended. Ie I broke no conditions. They deleted me and congratulated me for it.I just set up my account. I have a bunch of subscribers paying between $5 and $25 and they just sent me an email saying “congrats we’ve honoured your request to delete your account and all of your data”I NEVER WOULD ASK FOR THAT.Why would I want you to delete my account? I have just started this account and I am growing my followers, and it’s so new that I haven’t ever withdrawn any money from them. Why would you delete my account without verifying with me first? You emailed me to say it’s done, why can’t you email me to verify if it was definitely me?And there’s apparently 72hours to reinstate your account but a week to get customer support? Do the maths.They’ve stolen my subscribers money, my money, wasted my time, and made me look like a joke of a businessman, a liar, and a con man. How am I supposed to explain to my subscribers what happened to their money? And that I swear I didn’t delete the account.This whole thing is a humiliating joke

Recently I signed up for a mobile plan with telstra. This plan had the large heading "Samsung s21+ 5g" the catch is you only find out that you don't get access to the 5g coverage after you have signed up, you have to pay extra for 5g coverage. This information is not advertised when selecting your phone and plan online, even in the exclusion section of the plan it does not say that 5g is excluded. (I have screenshots) this is a very misleading advertisement considering 5g is apart of the heading which promotes the plan. I would have expected more especially after the nbn scam through the accc recently which found them to be misleading to their customers. Anyway be careful people. A case has been made through telstra and taking it further if not resolved.

My account was hacked.I did everything possible through help center, my friends reported my account being hacked, numerous requests have been sent to my friends to approve me, I have sent numerous emails to security and support. NOTHING happened, NOTHING worked.I was sick and tired of this situation going on for allmost a month, so I opened a new account, uploaded pictures and information about my previous account being hacked, and started to follow people, who were my followers and whom I was following previously. And guess what - my account was suspended and I had to appeal and now I have to wait for their decision whether I conform to their guidelines or not!!! While my hacked account is doing great hacking other accounts and scaming people???? What kind of humiliation is that??? I feel sick to my stomack!!! If you do not have Instagram account, don't, stay away from this bot company!
