I was hesitant about placing an order with this site due to reviews, but I wanted a Maison Margiela cardigan that I couldn't find anywhere else, not even on the official Margiela website. I was also hesitant due to customs and duties but this was included in the price. Shipping costs were very reasonable too. My order arrived within 5 days to the UK, which I was further impressed due to the busy holiday season. The item is perfect. Will be ordering from HBX again in the future.

I took the plunge and signed up for Amex Platinum. Full of excitement, I went to the airport with the main perk that they promote on their card... Lounge access. When I get there it turns out that there is no access guaranteed and I have to wait 45 minutes. Now I'm spending a fortune in Stansted with things I should have covered in my (incredibly expensive) card. In short, don't get Amex Platinum, it's a con.

Set up an account, was told I have a free toll-free number to use, then when I spend the time learning and setting it up- that to use it I had to register it Then to register it, I had to create a paid account- paid them 20 dollars then to be told I have to perform another registration. I then fill out this long registration form (THREE TIMES, because the first two times gave errors), and then I am told to wait for a few weeks for it to be approved. Then the next morning, I receive an email saying my account has been suspended because of low funds. It turns out that they charged me $21 dollars for 'messaging configuration' and now I need to pay more?! I haven't even been able to use this service yet once? This is literally a scam, I was just trying to setup SMS communication with a personal app I was building.

I initially contacted Home Advisor to find an Electrician. I then decided to inquire about some interior painting I needed done. I had both the Electrician and the Paint Crew scheduled within a day and both jobs were completed within the week of my request. Prior to this I had reached out to a number of Electricians in the area and had not even received a call back.

It’s been a year and I’ve filed a case through customer support and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Called multiple times in their customer service and they still haven’t gotten returned my calls or emails. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.
