From an artists point of view this company seems impossible to deal with as they ignore all communication. I have a painting listed on their website which I need to remove as it's no longer available and I did want to add new work. I couldn't log in to my account so used the 'forgotten password' option where a reset link is sent. I did this twice and never received a reset link. I have messaged them twice via their website contact form and had no reply despite checking my spam folders. There seems to be no actual email address to contact them directly, only a contact form. I even messaged them through their Instagram account and have still had no reply. Having read some buyers reviews, perhaps this is why some customers are never receiving art they've paid for as it's no longer available because artists can't remove sold work if they can't log in. This is not very helpful and doesn't do much for an artists reputation if products can be bought in their shop but will never be fulfilled. Due to this situation my last resort is to write a review which hopefully they'll address. Please sort this out FAA.

Duolingo - wonderful if you’re a prepubescent American needing to discuss dating & college life but pretty useless for adults wanting to travel in Italy. Where’s the vocabulary for checking into a hotel, ordering food in a store, making restaurant reservations, using the phone/bus/train in Italy? Disappointing & I paid for this drivel.& the customer service is non existent because they never reply.

Don’t order from DoorDash try using instacart or other delivery services. There is workers steal you groceries and they uphold it!!!! They don’t compensate you or make you whole!!! I will be filling a dispute with my bank and hopefully I get my money back!!

What a terrible experience! 820 and out of power greens. I paid extra for guac and didn't even really get a full portion. Why was all the utensils on the table where the customers eat! The food was cold and under portioned. Never have I experienced this from Chipotle

Travel Man in Dubrovnik. My husband and I were in Dubrovnik last week so were looking forward to the Travel Man. What a terrible disappointment. The programme was very very badly presented and uninteresting. It is a beautiful city and the Croatian people are lovely. Those two made a mockery of everything. Shall never watch again.

I have been using Notion for several years now (the free version) and decided to pay for a plus membership for 1 year last month on May 2023.Little did I know this was going to become a problem.I tried to add a free guest to a page in my workspace as I have done many times in the past with the free version of Notion. But this time, when I clicked to add a member, it added the guest without prompting or informing me that adding a member with the Plus membership can incur costs. This guest didn't even interact with the page, but still, I got a bill from Notion of $94 to pay for a whole year of membership for this. Initially, this made absolutely no sense, as soon as I realised this misleading predatory behaviour from Notion - to get users to pay for services they are not aware of - I contacted support, but Notion support (as we can see in other comments) is a joke, my problem was not addressed instead I was sent an email by a notion support staff saying he would forward my problem to an expert team member. Five days later I got an email from another staff member completely ignoring my complaint and sending forward a link for me to pay this unreasonable bill or else my workspace will become "view only".Basically, I paid for a Plus membership and in return, I am possibly getting my information in Notion held hostage due to Notion intentionally misleading its clients into paying these nonsense bills.I just want Notion to Stop this billing problem immediately and perhaps warn its users with clear pricing on these currently hidden/misleading options.I also want Notion to remove my Credit Card information from its platform.I am aware of the many users online complaining about this issue and how Notion is trying to keep these complaints secret on platforms such as Reddit where they turn these complaint topics to private to stop other people from viewing the content, but, there are other reliable platforms such as this one to become aware of these big problems.*Update (24/06/2023) -> 2.5 weeks later, after I sent many complaint emails to Notion, I finally got contacted by their financial team and they were able to stop this problem. It took a lot of time and effort to get this resolved but they did stop it in the end so I'll upgrade the 1-star review to a 2-star review as the credit card info problem still remains*

I ordered an item from Macy's on line. I was alerted to a problem with the order via an email asking me to call a specific number. I called but had to terminate the call after a few minutes due to not being able to understand the person talking to me. Please please hire people who can speak clear english. Very frustrating.

Elementor is terribly lacking in its support procedures. They have jumped on the AI bandwagon to handle customer support. Even when you ask for a real person you are not immediately transfered. Live chat is non existent and even when you do get through to live chat, they attempt to trick you into thinking the AI agent is a real person. This is dishonest and reflects a corporate personality that you can only assume bleeds into other practices. AI is not ready to be customer support, we're just not there yet. For now companies need to employ real people to solve problems and resolve issues. No phone support, and just aweful response times.
