Review of farfetch
I bought an expensive dress at Fartetchs website on Tuesday 24 June this week. I did not receive an order confirmation, and found that unacceptable. I have several times tried to reach out to FARFETCH without getting an order confirmation! The amount was paid properly and has been confirmed to FARFETCH. In Farfetch`s email yesterday they asked for the order number. Since I did not get an order confirmation from Farfetch I neither got an order number. Here is the invoice number shown in the bank transaction: FFPPRW82Q3ZBYXZCMLU5. On your web page it says "you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is sent." When this is not done the company appears untrustworthy and unprofessional to customers. And the phone number on Farfetchs web page does not exist, means it is impossible for customers to reach out!

I've always used Wordfence and they really do offer a great service. Before I used the free version of the plugin, but a couple of months ago I opted for the paid version.Today I had a problem, very important and my problem was resolved in 10 minutes. I wrote in the Wordpress Wordfence forum and they responded instantly to give a solution. I was finally able to fix the problem by following his prompts. I appreciate the predisposition and concern that Wordfence has with respect to its clients. Without a doubt, both the engineers and the entire Wordfence team work wonderfully, and communication between them is immediate.A highly recommended and necesary plugin, with a magnificent technical service.Thanks for your work and for your help, especially to Adam G.Ana S.

I waited 21 days for a delivery that never came. I sent an email after the second week of waiting and they emailed me back with valuable information the email stated: Please be patient it's an international shipment. The tracking website they offer is a complete joke. I'm in the process of asking for my refund I'm very skeptical that this will be a smooth transaction. Wish me good luck.

Mail Chimp used to be fantastic. It's gone totally downhill in recent years and the support is now so abysmal that a chat about an actual "information banner" - which happened to be mis-spelled - covering buttons required for functionality in the form builder took nearly an hour with no result. It's a huge hassle for us to move when we're so busy but they're now more or less unusable.

I have to say what a problem i have had with customer support. They only have email support and i am having difficulty having my paid account. It continues to stop at 5 minutes. I have been at this for. 10 days with customer service and the people they hire are not up to apparently solving the problem. Unfortunately i need one more video to piece together or I would quit. I would never recommend!!!!!

Probably one of the most useful features of Kayak is explore. This is a useful device when looking for EF or just some bargains.Kayak - unlike GF - shows prices for (all?) Asian LCCs, and also has a very good car rental search. Yesterday, thanks to Kayak, I saved 25e on renting a car in April (Keddy by Europcar was shown, while Argus and AutoEurope were not).I agree that OJ, DOJ and more complicated Kayak routes work poorly, and often not at all.

I purchased a pro account, and tried to call them for tech support but was informed my account was not qualified for that, then I turned to live chat, but the live chat is extremely buggy, it kept sending duplicate messages (each message at least 8 times), it messed up the order of chat messages, and the chat keeps going back to the top, then slowly scrolling to the bottom, during this I have no control over the scrolling function. The support was patient but wasn't helpful. Plus the buggy live chat, it just annoyed me so much.

I ordered towels personalized with pictures. The pictures turned out great but the fabric of the towels was defective. They were replaced but again the fabric was defective. This was most unusual since I have always been happy with previous orders. Zazzle stood by their promise of quality and satisfaction and worked with me to obtain the replacement towels and then refunded the full cost of the product. I know I can rely on Zazzle to keep their promise to provide quality products and customer services.

Absolutely terrible company. Deceptive in their auto renew-- they charged me for a subscription even though I explicitly elected to not have my domain renew. They charge subscription separately from domain, so choosing to turn off billing to the latter doesn't save you from a sneaky auto renew bill from the former. When I went to cancel my subscription, they offered 0 refund-- what a dog$hit company.

They keep removing not only my negative reviews of a past employer but other former employee negative reviews as well. I contacted customer service and they tried to tell me I had posted multiple reviews and violating their community guidelines as a result. That isn’t even possible in their system. They won’t leave a single review of mine up for this former employer. Former employer is getting negative reviews removed and posting positive ones- Upper management and family of the owners reviews(glowingly positive of course) are left up even though it is a violation for them to post reviews. Total sham of a site. I have lost all confidence and trust in Glassdoor.
