I’m incredibly disappointed with Emirates' customer service. My checked bag was damaged during a flight two months ago, and despite being a Skywards Silver member, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.It took them one month just to reply to my initial complaint. After that, I promptly provided all the information they requested, and now weeks have passed with no further response. Their customer service is impossible to reach—there’s no way to reply to their emails, and speaking to an actual person seems out of the question.For an airline that prides itself on excellence, this level of service is shocking. I expected better from Emirates. If they can’t handle a simple baggage claim, what does that say about their overall customer care?Definitely rethinking my loyalty to this airline. 👎

EA is terrible. The new Battlefield 2042 game completely sucks. No enjoyment whatsoever. I contacted EA customer service to acquire a refund, as I've put less than 5 hours in-game(as opposed to over 1000 hours in BFV). I was told no and was not given a reason. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. I am super disappointed. Stay AWAY.

Fantastic creative tools for a small business and i love using the new 'Magic' features. I sometimes find it hard to navigate to my projects and convert into high-enough pizel quality images. That could just be me. But I think it needs a less cluttered homepage when you login. Good experience

I bought a Philips expensive IPL from Amazon.de but when I wanted to register it in Philips.dk I was told that your model is not sold in Nordic countries where I live so we can't register it to get extra benefit that was promised by Philips(1 year extra warranty as well as 90 days money back campaign in terms of unsatisfactory situation)! They refer me to Germany Philips but they told me as you don't live in Germany we can't register your product etc.. This is completely scam! The customer service is awful in Philips. That's a shame..

Every other purchase I've made from creative market has been a straightforward download. This one was such a mission. I downloaded a PDF which had links to google drive files, which were so massive that each file took up to ten minutes to unzip (i'm on hi-speed fiber optic broadband). Then I had to download them for use.The files were so huge because so many of the vector objects were a hot mess. Think: a one inch crescent moon has over 1,000 nodes/points. Now imagine files with hundreds of objects like that. So not worth the money I paid. Not all Creative Market vendors are so horrible, but you really have no way of knowing before you buy.

Genuinely great service dude, returned a guitar for cash back and usually you have to drop off to DHL point to return but as I’m disabled they went the extra mile to have it collected from my house, I said they can take money off for that extra service and they still refunded me the full amount ! Genuinely chuffed. Been a customer for ten years for a reason ! (No they didn’t pay me to say this lol)

I have been a loyal customer of Amazon for the past several years . . I have always been extremely happy with Amazon Customer Support online and on the phone . If ever there has been a problem with third party services, I immediately notify Amazon Customer Care Service and they promptly take care of it . Reading the Daily Mail’s 2020 article of poor customer experiences, I can see that nothing has changed. My sept ‘23 order was never dispatched from their warehouse but the online option to cancel your order was “greyed” out on their “Track Your Order” section. I then tried to connect through “live chat” only to be cut off after 10 minutes before being connected to an agent. I rang the secretly guarded phone number only to encounter a bored and uninterested member of staff who said he would refund my payment but was unable to offer any explanation of the stalling of my order. Never Again IKEA!
