HVAC, New Roof & House Painted ALL in 2 Weeks!!

I just had my HVAC replaced, roof replaced and house repainted. All major work. Still to come is windows cleaned and screens replaced... all within the past two weeks, all through Thumbtack. The quality of each of the vendors work is excellent. The response time and reliability was consistent. I received quotes and/or set up appointments for quotes in less than 24 hours for each. If anyone would have told me this would have all fallen into place within such a short period of time, I would not have believed it. I am thrilled beyond belief it was all so easy! Thank you!

The most unfriendly app for virtual…

The most unfriendly app for virtual meetings. It blows my mind how the worlds biggest tech company can get it so wrong. As with most tech operations you could put this down to user error, but when the same user can navigate every other platform with ease and without bugs, glitches or any training, then it comes back to the app provider.One of the most infuriating things across not just Teams but all Microsoft apps is the "You cannot sign in using a work or school account".Consistently and hugely disappointed for years - to the point where I write a review which I never do.Use anyone else and you will be better off.

Worst support I've ever experienced

PlayStation support is the worst I have ever experienced. Their live chat feature does not work at all. Luckily I managed to get them on the phone.However, that was still no help because, If you don't know the bank card number on your account (even if it's from many years ago and expired) or have an email from a purchased game, there is no way to recover your account. Even if you offer to send ID and phone bills proving the phone number is yours.

Slow, inefficient

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I have been waiting for nearly three months for my 2024 taxes to be updated on their website. I tried the chat function on the website, but I got a message that says “No representatives are currently available. Please try again later.”—even though it is during business hours! I was forced to call 1-800-829-1040, but I have been on hold for almost 44 minutes for a call that was supposed to be answered “in approximately 15 to 30 minutes”. They clearly do not care about your time! If you don’t update your system and I don’t get a bill, you don’t get a payment! Take me to federal jail if you want to.

Every lead was fake

Every lead was fake. I even lowered my cost to where I would lose money and no bites. I reported my credit card stolen and got a new one. Phone calls stopped after about 2 weeks because the time they invested in calls surpassed whatever they would try to get from me.

The customer support for SquareSpace is…

The customer support for SquareSpace is terrible. There is no phone support. The Live Chat is useless since it is a bot. The contact form only directs you to the FAQ section. You can send an email. If you are having an issue that needs immediate attention, you may end up waiting 24 hours or more for a response to your email. A business who cares about their customer/clients would have appropriate avenues to provide support. All SquareSpace provides is articles and tutorials posted all over their HELP page. When it comes to customer support, people expect interaction with real people who have knowledge and understanding of the issues or problems. The people who own SquareSpace have lost sight of what customer support really means.

Review of mastercard

Mastercard isn't worth ssshh

Was given a Mastercard gift card and my balance is wrong. I spent $221 and it went through. However, when I checked today, I was charged that (which was correct) and another $307, which is still pending. No customer service or remedy. I will never buy their gift cards after this and my colleagues will no longer be purchasing either.

DoorDash Took Me for Over $120

I ordered over $120 worth of food and supplies from DashMart and received another customer's order filled with almost all food I can't eat (mostly junk food).DoorDash refused to issue a refund or deliver the correct order. When I sent an email reply, I was notified that "this email is no longer being monitored as this case has been marked resolved."Resolved? Not by a long shot, suckers.I called their support phone number and was speaking with a live agent very quickly. Throughout this conversation I remained calm, professional, and courteous as I explained the situation by essentially reading highlights from my (ignored) email to him. This email is reproduced here:.Matt C. *email redacted* 12:20 AM (47 minutes ago)to DoorDashHi,So I have three bags of food most of which I absolutely cannot eat rather than my actual order, and I'm expected to just say, "Okey dokey, thanks!"I just want my actual order. I don't want a refund.Also, you state that one of the "relevant factors" is overall account history. How is it my fault when an order I placed and paid for is filled incorrectly? In what business on what planet does that fly?This resolution is entirely unacceptable and I do not consider it resolved in any way. This case needs to be re-opened and escalated immediately, as this is akin to consumer fraud. I am not hesitant to: * dispute the charge with my bank, * publicly document this incident across social media, as is my right under the Consumer Review Fairness Act * file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the office of Indiana State Attorney General, and * engage my attorney if necessary.This really could be worked out much more simply: deliver my correct order and we're square, case closed. I'm a very busy person and I don't relish the idea of spending any of my limited time dealing with all this. It's a shame a company like DoorDash is so callous, deceptive and borderline fraudulent in their billing and support practices. Of course they're light years from being the first and only offenders which they see as a license to abuse customers, but that doesn't make it right. It's your money, not theirs. For a company that--while revenue is trending positively for the moment--in six years of reporting they still operated at a net loss of $558M as of 2023. The year 2022 was even worse, with a net operating loss of almost $1.4B.(Fun fact: Doordash does not allow Yelp or Google reviews. Hooray for transparency by a publicly traded company.)Combine those financials with the growing revolt of local/mom-and-pop establishments who are angered about the significant and ever-increasing fees charged to them for utilizing the Doordash platform, and I know founder Tony Xu is laughing all the way to the bank without a care in the world.(cue Black Flag's "Rise Above" or Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It" for the epic ending to this epic tale of first world problems)

Review of zoom

Zoom video communication is fantastic

Zoom video communication is the best product as compare to similar products. It is very useful in almost all types of organizations. I belong to the education management, so for my field, it is of great importance. The teachers can interact with their students through zoom video. They can share the screen and integrate it with multiple applications. So this is the best product and an excellent feature. The video quality is good and entire small class can interact with the teacher. I highly recommend it.
