If I could give Canva negative stars, I absolutely would. I'm not sure why they make updates when NONE of the updates seem to have the user in mind. Canva is SLOW, GLITCHY AF, and honestly, I get pissed I pay for this headache. Just waiting for someone to create a better graphic designer, because Canva is overhyped and not worth a dollar a month, let alone more than that.

Issue was resolved after many messages and a bit of stress associated with these kind of moments, but that one customer representative Charlie really made a positive difference. He was extremely polite, professional, and solution oriented.

I've just noticed that the iplayer version of Frankie Boyle's New World Order has bits missing from the transmitted version! This has really surprised me. I missed a few minutes on the night and caught up on iplayer but bits were missing. I thought the days of Big Brother (Orwell) and editing programmes was way behind us. I'm starting to wonder now what other programmes are incomplete............. Apart from that I think the BBC turns out some exceptional and truly outstanding programmes. And movies are nearly always shown in their correct format without interruptions - surely worth paying for?

I primarily use the voicemail system for work and they have basically rendered it unusable since the update (yesterday). Can't rewind or fast forward messages without the call hanging up (pressing 1 rewinds, and 3 fastforwards the message by 1-2 seconds each time you pressit... but press it more than 3-4 times and the call drops). It takes 30 seconds just to explain the date, time, and caller info before it plays the message (no option to skip it), there is no option for visual voicemail, and messages automatically save and flood your inbox now. Definitely tell they are getting cheaper as we go.

Al Jazeera was my favourite news channel, offering a distinctive perspective from the poor in the world. Over the past 6 months, it has changed to a relentless and one-sided propaganda channel. It has lost much of its credibility as an international news channel. Very disappointing.

I had THE BEST experience with the people at the department of customer service at LEGO. They even helped me to customize a birthday gift for my boyfriend. (!!) Yes, truth to be told, it did take a little time between our responses, especially because I contacted them right before Christmas. (hehe). On the other hand, once they do respond you get the sweetest replies and it make you feel as if they truly care about you and your inquiry. I am super grateful. They didn't even have to go to that length of helping me out creating this customized made product, and still, they did!! I recommend Lego 100%, they truly are there to help you out! THANK YOU! <33

Alert: FLIPKART EXECUTIVES SCAMS SELLERS! Pathatic Service!I joined as a new seller on flipkart and while joining some executives called and said it’s mandatory to pay onboarding fee of 5k and take some ignite plan and while opting that plan nobody called back helped with onboarding in fact we had to call 100 times to them for each small query and then they made us pay for some banner creation 1k and it’s been 2 months the team is not responding to it even there is no option to raise concern for all these scams happening.

I find the program almost impossible to navigate. The “help page” with three steps describing how to use the program is not enough direction to understand the tools. I’ve been trying through trial and error to use the program and it is one if the least intuitive set of tools that I have ever tried to use. The program NEEDS to have a tutorial for even the most basic functions.

Absolutely dishonest company and the customer service in India is extremely apathetic and have no understanding of customer’s concerns. They say empty statements that they can’t issue refunds when card is charged due to technical issues that happens on their end. And moreover, if somehow you manage to them to agree for a refund, they say 30 business days to refund. In today’s world, which company or bank takes such a long time to process a refund? I have called to find a solution for a simple issue twice with an error booking for UAE and when they are unable to do anything - they will simply cut the call. Being an Indian myself, and having worked in customer service, they have the worst possible untrained Indian workers. Nothing personal against them, but it’s like they don’t care what is happening or how to help. I am appalled by Agoda service - I have had such good experience previously with bookings made in Thailand.

Took my son to a vacation about 1 hour away from home. I normally use my GreenDot card but left it at home. So I had to transfer money from cash app to my venmo account. I transferred 423 to my venmo account. Then later tried to buy lunch then my venmo card was declined. I assumed it was the website so I tried another app denied again. So then I called venmos completely useless and pointless customer support who basiclly thought it was funny. Also they the system flagged me. Then proceeded to tell me they didnt know when I would have acess to MY own money it could me a few days, months or even a year it's up to thier system and they cant override it. Then hung up. So theres that. Ots veen 24 hours since I loaded my venmo with 423 dollars and I still cant use it. I would highly advise anyone from using this.

While we were on the phone with Venmo customer service, he spoke to us while the account was hit with fraudulent charges. Venmo customer service is either in league with scammers or are perpetuating the fraud directly. Of the 5 charges perpetrated, 2 were credited, one was denied, even though it is the same fraudulent company and the other 2 are still pending resolution. This is no longer a viable, safe provider and everyone should leave the platform.

Very good to have information about concert but for the review you have to put 30 words minimum for me it's too much so I don't make review, I think 10 words would be great. Sometimes one word is enough to say what you feel after a show, like Woman etc..So I review on Ticketmaster.
