Review of expedia

Breach of contract, no responce.

Booked and paid car rental with Expedia, when I went to pickup the car from Gatwick Airport Europcar said there was no payment from Expedia and charged me again, I have been trying for a month to get the refund back from Expedia. Ever time I call I have to go through the same process of waiting for them to call Europcar to confirm i have paid twice, then nothing happens.I have emailed many time but have not had a responce.Its now the 16/02/2025 and i still have not had a responce to my email, i have now had to write to them and if is still dont get a responce i will be taking Expedia to court for a full refund, as they are in breach of contract.

Absolute Fraud - DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO

Once you enter into your "FREE" trial you will be unable to cancel you renewal or delete your account. When you try to cancel it asks you for your password and will never recognize it and allow you to proceed with cancellation. The absolute nightmare amount of clicks you have to do to try and unsuccessfully cancel is a joke. You better quickly cancel your credit card or I'm sure you will be sorry. This is a fraudulent website through and through./

Worst customer support I have ever…

Worst customer support I have ever experienced in my lifeMy parcel was sent out to the wrong address. It was cancelled in transit. The woman I spoke to on chat was clueless. Kept saying I didn't pay with an all4one voucher and I'd get a refund on my card. She said I'd receive an email from ASOS. Its been over a week since I redirected the parcel back to asos. No refund onto the all4one which makes me worry cos she kept saying it was going onto my debit card.Now Asos keep asked me to review the items I've not received but there's no way of sending even a simple email to them and evri have just said it wasn't delivered and speak to ASOS . Who are impossible to get in touch with.Do not order with them! if something goes wrong it's a nightmare Asos use to be a good company but it's now a joke Won't even let you change the address to the correct one, which was all I wanted to do and I won't reorder cos I have no trust in the company from what the woman on chat was saying . She kept asking me to pick it up at the wrong address that is 10 hour drive away to ensure I got my order. In the end she said she sent it back to ASOS but no way of knowing cos I've not heard anything

NO MORE ACCESS TO LIVE IRS AGENTS???????

It is tax time, and We the People, are not allowed access to live IRS Agents? How many people work for the IRS? It used to be where if none of the prompts dealt with your specific issue, that you could say it is something else, placed on hold, and routed to an agent that could help you. Now, you must be very specific as to what you are calling about and if the system does not have your issue in the automated system, you get hung up on. I feel that if we are not allowed to talk to live agents anymore, then DOGE needs to cut back the staff by 50% or MORE since employees are not being bothered by phone calls anymore.

Retrograde step.

The new AOL app lacks the simplicity, clarity and visibility of the old one. Presumably it's to make it look more 'sexy' it makes filing of emails very difficult and once filed, they still show in inbox view on laptop....lacks synchronisation. Very disappointed.

Yelp is bad for your business.

Yelp is a Bad Business because they hold your ratings hostage unless you pay for ads. Then their ads are not effective and at too high a cost. Once you try to cancel they have ways of not cancelling and just start billing you again later through deceptive practices. No Invoice, no explanation they just bill you without warning. They are not trustworthy and deceptive. Stay as far away from them as you can.

Worst customer service ever in Germany

Worst customer service ever in Germany. I currently use Vodafone cable internet. I am moving to a new place where there is only DSL internet. Therefore I wanted to report an "Umzug". However when I call them they did not even told me that I have right to cancel current contract since I am moving out. Instead they offered me a new 2 year contract as if it was "Umzugsmelden". However it was a cancellation of old contract and conclusion of a brand new 2 year old contract. On the other hand the offer was decent, therefore I did not cancel it during first 2 weeks. During this "Umzugsmelden" call, I stated that the rental hardware (modem) must be sent to a different address than "Anschlusadresse". I asked this at least 3 times and I was comfirmed that it will be sent to a different address. Guess what happened? Modem has been sent to the "Anschlussadresse". Of course since there was noone there, it has automatically been sent back to Vodafone. When I call the vodafone customer service, I have been redirected first to logistik department, and then DSL branch of the logistic department. And the person on the phone was VERY VERY VERY rude. I cannot imagine such a person is working for Vodafone and even is allowed to talk to the customers. Anyway after few more try I was able to reach someone who was reasonable on the phone and gave my correct address to ship the modem. This person told me it will delivered in 3 working days. At the end of 3 days there was no modem at all. I called them again, they blindly told me that it has been entered to this system and MIGHT BE on the way, they CANNOT TRACK it, they DON'T KNOW the status of the delivery, there is NO TRACKING NUMBER and so on. I have been asked to wait some more days hoping it will be delivered in the meantime. This chain took 2 weeks of my life. I am still waiting and waiting. I have been strictly told that they cannot track about the status of delivery of the modem in my last phone call today. After 5 minutes, miraculously they received an information that my modem will be shipped after "Umsetzungstermin". That means I will start paying for the internet without having my rental modem. (And I will pay for rental mdoem as well). I finally cancelled my rental hardware and decided to own my own modem. My overall experience was very disappointing. Customer service are very ignorance about the status of the contract. Some of them are VERY rude. I think there is a missing chain of information flow between departments. Very amateur. I finally solved my rental hardware issue after buying my own modem. I have 2 years of contract with them and then I will most likely be done with Vodafone whole my life unless vodafone improves overall service quality in the meantime.P.S. I got a "Umsetzungstermin" which was confirmed by customer service multiple times. Whenever I call the customer service i am having an automatic notification before connecting to the customer service representative that my "Umsetzungstermin" cannot be fulfilled on a different day than I asked. I didn't even even ask for an appointment on that day. I have been told that this is a false message. Consider how reliable their CRM system is.

Thank you god I’m not alone in thinking this way. I personally think that ScreenRant and any adjacent brand with the word, “Rant” are low common denominator gaming journalism and for many reasons. Their articles are inane and don’t contribute to any relevant discussion whatsoever. At least Kotaku could try and be competent if they truly wanted to, but ScreenRant doesn’t make much attempts with it. Obviously they’re meant to be conversation starters but to what angle? It’s clear that wanting clicks and reads is more important because I don’t want to read about how a YouTuber was right about something when I could watch another YouTuber make the same points and be more condense. I would rather read a blog by some guy preaching nonsense about our political climate than read an article by ScreenRant. I would be embarrassed to not only have this company on my resume, but to the writers who think this is as good as it gets. A complete overhaul would be needed to salvage any good merit, which considering their guerilla tactics for clicks and conformity, is just wishful thinking at this point. Gaming journal could’ve been so much more meaningful and interesting if ScreenRant weeded out the unnecessary content and maybe some of their writers as well. Still, whatever good merit the company had, my rant has more of it than any article or YouTube video they ever made

Gaming Desktop fiasco

Purchased this gaming desktop for my son's birthday, ordered it plenty of time ahead on Walmart+ app. Item shipped within a few days of order being placed so I thought I was good to go. Few more days go by, computer is in KY with UPS. Next day, delivery update says it will be late. I figured, that's strange but it happens. Then yesterday, I got a message saying it was out for delivery. I thought, awesome, gives me plenty of time to get it setup for him and everything installed. Timeframe for delivery comes and goes, then at 9pm i get a delivery notification saying it was delivered at 1pm. I go outside and look, no box. I check the package drop box, no box. It says delivered, so where is it. I go into the app and look at the detailed delivery status. The computer is in Ontario, CA. Why is it in Ontario when it says delivered. I submit an inquiry through the app to find out what happened and maybe there was some confusion. Then, this morning, I check the app again and it says the order was canceled. No communication, no attempted delivery. The computer started in Ontario according to the tracking, came to KY, then went back to Ontario. When I contacted customer service, it says it was marked undeliverable. Why is it undeliverable? I live in an open neighborhood; we receive packages regularly with no issues. This is absolutely ridiculous, and the lack of communication is completely unprofessional. I will not be ordering from NewEgg anymore. I gave them a chance with the recommendation of a friend and I won't do that again.

Awful experience, please do yourself a favour & avoid!I wish I'd read these reviews before engaging with Lenovo, I would have saved a lot of nerves and stress.Simply the worst customer service I ever experienced.Completely ignorant & arrogant. Literally no clue how to treat customers.2 months after requesting a return for a dead on arrival laptop, I still don't have my money. Call centre staff are pointless. Mostly coming back with please wait another week and if nothing happened, call back.Shocking. I'll never ever use Lenovo (or Digital River - their authorised UK dealer) again.
