The worst customer service you will ever come across.

It seems their agents dont read emails. They cancelled my phone services, because they didn't bother reading my email properly. I dont think I've ever seen such poor customer service for a product so popular.

This VODAPHONE is a RIP OFF from day ONE !!! There employee lied, screwed up the paper work ! We canceled it within a month on May/2022 and sent every thing back and it was confirmed but they still keep billing us and now it just plain HARASSMENT ! NEVER deal with these dumbass's. Go to TCOM and be happy. Vodaphone is the worst customer service I have dealt with !! Lies and endless phone calls that ended NO WHERE as they always send you back to the number that they just gave us !! If you go here, then YOU the dumbass !!

Apres avoir recu courrier de leurs part, nous devions SOIT DISANT!! recevoir et choisir entre une tablette et un smartphone et a la reception de notre colis, déception total, il n'y avait pas de CADEAU SMARTPHONE!! Au téléphone et autres on nous sort une excuse soit disant c'etait un sondage mais il n'y a aucune preuve sur les documents que cela netait qu'un simple sondage! Je ne commanderai donc plus chez eux et leurs ferait une belle pub d'arnaque!! Attention a vous tous qui commandez chez eux!

Went to store to order shoes. Girl said my account was closed because I had not used it in awhile. She reopened it. Went to plus size dept. And found that macys discontinued plus and petite! Guess they only like thin and tall people! I will NEVER STEP A FOOT IN A MACYS AGAIN!! Nor will tons of people I have spoken to! Boycot this place!!

Give me a US representative. So SICK and TIRED of getting over seas customer service. They speak broken English!! You say red they say yes orange. That is how most conversations go!! Will never shop on ebay again. These companies better wake up they are losing a lot of people due to the growing frustration with AI and overseas help or lack of I should say.

Poor, poor packaging!

A few weeks ago I ordered an item for my daughter in law for Christmas. The package came torn. They had shipped a box in an envelope. I talked to someone and they agreed to ship me another and I had to ship the damaged one back. Today I got the reorder and the box was completely smashed. They offered to send me another one, but since it is a gift for Christmas, there is no time. I thought they might offer me a refund, but no. I doubt I will be shopping there again.

It's not easy to get started with 1password, and I've encountered two glitches. I contacted customer support twice, and the very next day I had an answer with instructions on how to find my way around. Excellent customer service from 1password.
