Excellent service. Came out within 3 hours and sorted a busy wasps nest. I asked if my call could be prioritised as I had just suffered a bereavement and had a funeral to attend as well as many arrangements to deal with. John was flexible and sorted the wasps with no fuss. Job done. No sign of wasps the next day. Reasonable price too.

Customer service department is horrendous it’s a nightmare trying to deal with Lg waste of valuable customer time...Based on just the actions of the customer service departments I would never invest in another LG appliance ever and I would make sure that everybody I know never purchases one of their appliances either

This company's substandard service is unacceptable. In Tanzania, my refrigerator malfunctioned twice within three years, both times due to compressor failure. Under warranty, I engaged LG's service center, experiencing a two-month repair delay. Furthermore, the initial transport damage remains unaddressed. Their failure to proactively disclose compressor shortages and potential 2-3 month delays is egregious. This information is only revealed after a 100,000 Tshs ($40 USD) consultation fee is paid, an excessive charge for a preliminary assessment. I strongly advise against purchasing LG electronics, particularly in East Africa.

Been a customer since 2021 they announced a price increase for templates (NO NEW ACTUAL FEATURES) by about $600 a year. The worst thing is they did this 350 words deep into an email, that doesn't even mention in the subject line that theres a price increase.

The table of contents (part of the app) wasn't showing up anymore. The rep went through my document and saw my table of contents which I created and thought it was fixed. Not at all...then she said "If it was while using the Issuu app we have discontinued it, so at the moment publications can only be seen on web browser for mobile and desktopBut from what I can see the publication is behaving as expected"This sounds very uncertain.And then, "If you find a screenshot or if the reader can provide more information please let us know so we can look further into this"Not helpful at all.

Clothes are good value and shipping is reasonably fast. However, their returns are diabolical. If you return an item, expect to wait weeks for a refund, if they bother at all. They’ve also disconnected the Customer Service telephone number today. Come on Uniqlo - I like your clothes but daren’t buy from you again.
