EA literally stole my account, due to my ISP closing down many years ago I had forgotten my email address for that ISP, I had multiple accounts on that setup, EA could not find my account due to this, I was told if I managed to remember my account to come back to them and they would sort it. Well I remembered recently and went back to sort it to be told that unless they could send an email to the now dead ISP that my account was linked to that I couldn't get the account back. Then I was told that "due to inactivity" EA had closed my account and regardless if I had access to that eMail address or not there is now no way I could get it back. There are games on there I have paid for and literally never played. EA may as well have reached into my wallet and stolen cash from me because that is effectively what they have done.Now I am trying to get answers from people on EA and am getting banned from talking, it seems they don't like you questioning anything and go all fascist and block you from commenting. if I could reduce the one star down to zero I would. Do yourself a favor - don't deal with EA you will end up regretting it.In addition you CAN NOT question anything that EA does in there forums as they will instead of reaching out to attempt to sort out the problem ban you outright - this is what FASCISTS do, like they did in Nazi Germany.

Bought some nice earbuds a few years (3) ago. Not used to much and recently found out that one side is empty in one hour (6 to 7 hours before), the other side is still 70% left. The internet is full of information about this faulty product (Sony wf-1000xm4). Provided all the information to Bol but they won't repair the device without costs. Told that a faulty designed product is always under warranty.The only answer I got is, it's not under warranty and basic I'm screwed. What a unpleasant treatment. Was the last time I bought something at Bol. Also sent a complain to the consumentenbond. This is so not nice.

That's honeslty crazy, EVERY OTHER music player has a way to control playback speed, why not spotify. I be here looking for "sped up version" because I can't change playback speed. The warranty on my phone just expired and it started to lag, freeze, etc. I sent it in for service, and they are asking for more than 3,000 TL to replace the screen on a phone that I bought for over 4,000 TL. I have been using Samsung for years, praising Android, and this has never happened to me before. Samsung has been a disappointment, is the lifespan of this phone only 2 years that I need to buy a new one? You start thinking that Samsung phones are not produced with the same brand quality as before. At the very least, for a problem that was not caused by user error, fulfill your brand corporate responsibility and do not charge a fee (technical service tracking number in Türkiye: 4277748634), so we can be sure if it is still the same as before.
