I closed my Sage account some years ago yet still get emails, when trying to unsubsubscribe, the link returns to the same page and sends me another email with a link to unsubscribe. Says it all, the software was user unfriendly and based on a very old model compared to the competition.

I had to speak to sage as I was having difficulty in uploading their accounting software into a new computer.I had several people help me and they were all marvellous - but Amelia Forde not only blew my mind with her help but after a couple of days she sent a large bunch of flowers to me and my wife - what a woman !Sage is so lucky having a superb bunch of staff !

Don't give us a company that makes things soooooooo difficult to get what we paid for: Microsoft Office Products.First, you have to send them an email. Then, they send you one where you have to confirm you are HUMAN. Then they send you another email that you can't access because you have the "wrong" browser. Then you respond back to them but get no answer!

I've been using CareerBuilder for a bit over three years now and while it is a good site to get your resume out there, the amount of positions (contract/temporary/part/full-time) that I have landed in terms of opportunities has been less than a handful.

System does what it is supposed to do with status pages, monitoring alerts. Support system is not very good. Waiting for one of the support ticket with long delayed response. Multiple back and forth communication. Waiting 3-4 days for single question

Pinterest just asked me to edit a board as it went against policy. I did but it was mainly black and white photos of couples together, male and female bodies, that have been represented in art for hundreds of years, and weren’t pornographic - so I wasn’t sure what I needed to delete. Then they just deleted it. I’d noticed an increase of religious pins even though I always ask them to hide them as they are irrelevant to me but they still regularly appear. Maybe there’s a darker side to social media with US roots? I didn’t like their most recent big change where my feed became mainly their suggestions. And they removed the categories, which I used to select and browse as I could find new things I wasn’t intentionally looking for, and made it harder to find people to follow. Now they’ve updated the look and I have a black background and it looks horrible. I’mgetting less and less interested in their changes and I was one of the first people to start using it...

I have used the free version of Later for maybe six months, and it has really helped me to stay on track and post daily on Instagram. Slowly but surely I have been growing my social media following, and now I am ready to upgrade to the premium version of Later as my hobby is turning into a business and I have more social media accounts to keep track of. Later really is a wonderful service to anyone who wants to schedule their social media posting.

Yelp company hid the fact of hidden payments from me and debited my account without permission for two months. I am not satisfied and very angry. I thought the Yellow Pages were decent people. I demand to return to me all illegally debited money for December 2022 and January 2023. I am a mother of two children and I will find where I can spend my money. I'd rather buy kids food than your useless advertisement. If you don't give me back my money, I will sue you. I need to feed my children and family. Notify me of the return date for non-legitimate transactions.

I got a very big fright when my driver went the wrong way for 30 mins and tried to assure me it was the right way when I told him I could see it wasn’t he then turned around and went the right way, I then was overcharged for my drive , not only did he go the wrong way but he also was texting while driving, and as a young girl I was very very scared. Uber didn’t give me a full refund and said they will try not pair that rider with me again but can’t garuntee that happening, that’s not ok , I was quite shaken up by the event and the unhelpfulness and unwilling to understanding of uber company made the situation worse. Terrible experience. Ordered pizza and the app quickly messaged that the pizza was being created. Shortly after, reported it had been picked up by the driver and the order would be delivered in 35 mins. However, the time for delivery kept ticking up and then the notification said driver was delivering another order as well. To add to the puzzle, the driver map showed the driver still in Charleston, SC, 20 mins away. Each time I tried calling the driver, the call rang and then dropped. Now it's a hour and a half since I placed the order and time for delivery still kept ticking up. Called the pizza place & told me had to go through DoorDash's customer service to get a reorder. By now the driver looks to be close by so I go outside to watch for him. Ten minutes later, he appears from the opposite direction, pizza in hand but ON FOOT! He apologized and explained he had to wait for an Uber to make the delivery. Insane! Never again will I use DoorDash.
