Shocking service. Ordered a monitor. Received a confirmation. Said delivery would be 1 week later. Went to check the tracking on the day of delivery and it said cancelled. Now the price of the monitor has increased by £120. A staff member has been without a monitor for a week and now I have to order from elsewhere. Spoke to customer service who didn't seem to understand basic English so couldn't help me.Got a call back from complaints department and they refused to honour the original price and expect me to reorder for the increased price. Ive bought quite a bit of equipment from LG but they have now lost a customer. I would not recommend

The Maeden suede shoulder bag I ordered was delivered promptly _ however, it arrived without a dust bag. The packaging was just plastic wrap, which I felt was unusual for a bag that had originally been priced at €563.00. But I didn’t really mind, as I was delighted to get the bag at the sale price of €450. The next day, I used the bag for the first time and was dismayed to find grubby black stains on the top I had been wearing while using the bag. The marks were under the arm and along the side seam, on the right hand side of the top, where I had been carrying the bag. I thought that it might just have happened on the first occasion using the bag, but when I used the bag again a couple of days later, it left stains on a white blouse… again, under the arm and on the right hand side. I am very disappointed as I do like the bag, but if it’s going to stain my clothes every time I use it, it isn’t fit for purpose.
