Have an active account which shows web+Tablet+smartphone. However I cannot get access to articles on web. When I told the online helper Dave about this I was told I only had tablet access. I said my subscription details show full digital access should be available. I asked how much would it cost for tablet only access and could I send him screen shot of my details because he clearly does not have them.He said contact customer services which I have done several times since New Year.Can a such a respectable tech magazine get away such poor customer services? Everyone who suffers their appalling service should complain but who to?

Latest scam. When your flight is delayed over an hour, January 31, 2025, Denver to Atlanta, flight DL 396, causing you to miss your connection. Next and last connecting flight is overbooked. You have no way to get to your destination until the next morning. Delta claims they do not owe you a hotel room. Delta says delay was caused by passenger damage on a previous flight and it’s not their fault, nor problem. What a scam. Shame on you Delta. Wish I could rate you less than 1. Never fly you again.

Rather buy local to ensure you get quality products and thus ensuring you don't get scammed by some Chinese crooks from Temu

Switched to Squarespace 2 weeks ago. Paid extra just to be able to include a single line of JavaScript to render a booking button for our restaurant business (despite JS being available for free in the trial) but just had several hours where the script disappeared from the page. All still worked fine in preview mode but simply didn't appear on the live page (I ran console and checked the source of the live page - the js simply wasn't there). Squarespace refused to acknowledge it was their issue despite the error occurring in their application. Had customers emailing saying they couldn't book, missed out on an unknown number of bookings for the evening. Zero concern from Squarespace. Annoyingly we're now having to find another platform, probably Wix, and start again from scratch.

Poor quality silk screening on 2 shirts I ordered. Big smuges across logo print. Return policy says if item is defective it may be returned for refund including shipping. When I contacted them and sent pictures they said it was supposed to be smudged, so not defective. Shipping refund denied.

I heartily endorse the Bitdefender products. I use VPN, password manager and TheTotal Security. I have been a customer for several years.The only problem I have is with their communication. It was hard to find the customer support number. Contact information should be on their Bitdefender Central page or a button at the top. It seems that the company is perhaps too concerned with renewal. I had Bit Defender Box as well and let it expire. When I went to the Central page I got a pop-up that said it expired with two options: Renew or activate. I did not want to do either but there was no other choice AND NO WAY TO GET BEYOND THE PAGE. I could no longer use the virus scanner or anything else available. I suggest you put a contact button on each page until your design team covers all use cases and QA verifies all use cases.

There is a credit card fraud with Macys since last September. Macys customer service don’t do their job. And my fraud claim has been declined however I submitted all required evidence to proof that I didn’t do this transaction.I’m filling a claim against Macys and I’m going to Staten Island Advance.There no creditably to Macys anymore.I don’t recommend anyone to open or use Macys credit card. Macys steals customers money.I will share my horrible experience with everyone I know and post it everywhere.

I have been a Yahoo email user since 2001. I have no issues with their email service despite rumors that they scan emails and the omnipresent advertising. My issue is that Yahoo knowingly allows sellers on their platform who lie and defraud Yahoo customers. In May 2023, an advertiser (REODS) advertised a product (which I purchased). They never delivered and stopped responding. When I alerted Yahoo to this issue, they asked ME for a screenshot of the seller on Yahoo. This dishonest company pulled their ads, and I certainly did not have a screenshot from their ad which was 3 weeks old. I sent my receipt and named the seller (who clearly pays Yahoo and contracted with them). Customer service would not take action without a screenshot and despite my requests, they directed me to a feedback form. Pathetic behavior by Yahoo and they continue to allow this on their website today.

I placed an order online and according to their website it shouldn't be any problem to make a return so I went to the store in person with my items since they didn't offer free shipping labels. (NO PROBLEM! But unusual). Upon arrival I had my packaging slip with me that including order number, shipping address and email address. But that was clearly not enough. They now needed to see the actual order confirmation that was emailed when the order was placed. I asked if they couldn't pull that up online with help of my email or order number. But nope! And I was also told that unless I had an account with ULTA I was not able to make the return at all. I'm sorry, I ordered this at your website, how can I not have an account? I was then told that if you check out as a guest, you are not eligible to make returns. After two people spending about 20 minutes huffing and puffing over a computer they were able to tell me (lucky me) I did have an account qualifying for the return. However they now only needed the actual email that was sent as a confirmation verifying my last four number on my credit card. I once again asked if they wouldn't be able to pull that up on their computer. NO THIS WAS A STORE POLICY that they needed to see the actual copy in person. (Clearly they need to update their return policy online if that's the case). I then walked out to my car where I had my phone, pulled up my order confirmation and drove to another ULTA location after being feed up with their customer service, BOCA RATON FL. Even at the next place I was met with resilience. I literally had to fight for it. It was not like sure, you were unhappy, no problem, so BE VERY CAREFUL. I never had this problem at Sephora, Macy or another department stores.

If I could give a zero I would have. I have a gift card with $$ on it. When I tried to use it in a store, there was a card read error and I was instructed to call the customer service # on card. I tried and got the run around and was hung up on 3 times. I usually ask for a gift card for mother's day but if I can't use it or get help accessing $$, that's wrong!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE
