ShockingShocking! Two of my ASUS computers are fine but the latest laptop I got from the ASUS store has a serious hard drive problem and the sound doesn’t sync with videos. I sent it to be ‘fixed’ by ASUS but it it came back unfixed with no explanation. ASUS can’t fix it but say it’s only their policy to fix their computers, not replace them! They told me to ask the ASUS store for a refund but they say the responsibility is ASUS themselves. Nobody wants to take responsibility and they would rather rip me off and sell me a faulty machine! I decided to shop for a new computer through John Lewis as they look after you and so ordered another ASUS in the hope the last one had a one off problem but, no, it’s got the same issue so I returned it!! Don’t buy ASUS as they are substandard machines and ASUS won’t take responsibility for that fact and will ensure they don’t refund you.

My organization is a long-time user of Keap Max Classic and we love how powerful the automation is, and we haven't even reached the maximum of what we can do with the app. There are also a lot of features offered for the price: pipeline stages, email automation, and lead sourcing. Good network of affiliates and third party apps due to a decent API round out the benefits.

Our sofa arrived in damaged packaging and we could see that the sofa was dirty and wet. We are disappointed by this as we booked time for work and arranged childcare so that we would receive the sofa and have it set up at home. The customer service staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and only when we asked why we couldn’t get the 10% discount with the exchange (it was the choice of one or the other) they said they would provide a £20 voucher by way of apology. However, they said delivery of the new sofa wouldn’t be until next Sunday, and they said collection of the damaged one would be before 7pm, but we made plans to go out and we have to collect our daughter from nursery, so they probably won’t wait if they arrive while we are out. And given how tight and small the packaging was, we had no assurance the new delivery would avoid this problem of the packaging splitting open again. We also cleared the space in our home for this sofa and have nowhere to sit in our lounge until delivery next Sunday. This is such a let down by IKEA.

The video player, the main function of the site, is barely functional. It repeatedly takes almost an hour to watch a single episode due to the player needing to pause to buffer every few seconds.Paying doesn't improve the experience beyond removing adverts, and there are ways around that.As a streaming service, it's sub-par at best, and lacks the functionality of other much better streaming services. Come on, it's 2020, you can do better. Both Youtube and Netflix work fine on my broadband connection, it's always Crunchyroll that behaves badly.

I then upgraded to the premium version on one of my higher-profile customer sites and it stopped working - every scan failed as did firewall. Multiple requests to ‘premium’ support but still no response after 36hrs. Unimpressed is something of an understatement.

Tried to purchase a toilet through the website. First they messaged saying it would be a day late, however it ended up coming a day early. Good, right? Sure, except the warehouse in Frostproof, FL sent the right toilet tank (1.6GPF) and the wrong bowl (1.28 GPF). No installation was happening now and my project suddenly had to stop. I thought this would be a minor inconvenience, since I just needed a correction to my order. Yet after over an hour of “customer service representatives” closing chat tickets as soon as they saw my issue and telling me they couldn’t do anything, or not responding to me and then telling me they haven’t heard from meIn a while and that they’d close the ticket I gave up and went to the store. Once I got to the store in Spring Hill, FL no one would come to the returns desk to help me unload this 60 pound toilet, it was 7 in the evening and the store hours said they closed at ten. After waiting and several calls over the PA an angry store employee came up and helped me get the item in the store. Once I was ableTo bring it in, I told them the issue again and all I was offered was a refund. You win Lowe’s, I no longer want the product and I hope the cost to ship this toilet back to the warehouse will burn a hole in someone’s budget. I really wanted the product too all I needed was half of the toilet to be replaced and the order issue handled. I will NEVER use your website to purchase anything and I offer this warning to anyone else considering doing so.
