I have cancelled my subscription in June. After that I have been offered a 50% discount and have extended my subscription for one further month - July. Still the full amount have been charged. Further, disregardless of the cancellation of the subscription Cousera countinued charging money from account also for August, September and October. I wrote an E-mail to get money back. It is also not clear on the website whom to contact in this regard and there is no telephone hotline.

Petfinder is a bad organization period. While their "heart" is in the right place with the misson, whoever is running the company needs to be replaced. The issue is that Petfinder does not check on who is placing ads. I applied for a dog in Ohio and was told it was available, checked in the next week and so on with no reply. Then I got 3 others to apply for the same dog and guess what...the exact same results. So if Petfinder is not adopting pets out what are you doing with individuals information ? I would never buy a dog but I certainly would now before looking for a rescue from Petfinder.

Was required to use a LG 4K UHD 27UD88-W 27" LED-Lit Monitor with USB Type-C for work (not my money paying for it thankfully). It has never worked as intended: the USB-C port is nonfunctional, has never worked with any USB-C wire or any Mac computer. When asking support for assistance upon purchase, was told there was nothing they could do. Later, I really need a working monitor for a work laptop that is tiny, so I write to them again trying to fix the issue. Am told they can take a look at it for $150 +tax. Real helpful. Will never buy this product again.

Mad... so I deleted the app and acc and guess what I still get the calls from them its a disgrace!!!

Just signed up for the $2.99 four month deal for Hulu and Disney plus after canceling Netflix for raising their prices yet AGAIN! Literally nothing good to watch on there and assume the live tv option at a $100 price point is the exact same.. Will be canceling the day before my 4 months is up! Pretty sure this company has the money and time to change the user interface to be more like Netflix but choose not to better their own product! Lack of good titles and a crappy user interface is enough to get me to cancel!

Event staff scanned our tickets at security so we couldn't get in at the stadium. We had to then leave and walk 10 minutes to a booth to receive paper tickets. Then, although the website for the event clearly stated that clear reusable water bottles were allowed, we were yelled at by event staff and told we couldn't bring them in. A total chaotic, unorganized mess. Won't ever return.

The app is very easy to use. We found an awesome dog sitter that fit all of our dogs needs. The only thing I would change about the app is to be able to cancel the request immediately if you no longer need it or if you already found someone you like instead of it staying in pending requests.

I just wanted to drop a quick note asseller here Depop about something that’s been bugging me. As both a seller and a buyer on the app, I’ve noticed that when a seller accepts an offer, the sale doesn’t go through right away. It seems like there are additional payment steps that buyers have to take, and honestly, it can be a bit of a buzzkill.I’ve seen on other selling platforms as Mercari Poshmark how easy it is for payments to go through automatically once an offer is accepted, making the whole transaction super smooth. When buyers send offers and they get accepted, they’re usually so excited to snag the item – but when payment doesn’t happen right away, some lose interest and move on. It’s just not that great for sales on Depop.I think simplifying the payment process after an offer is accepted could really improve the experience for everyone. Just wanted to share my thoughts and hope it might help! Thanks for listening!

I made a return request on Saturday, the 22nd but the code was only valid until Monday the 24th. So basically, I had only one business day to return the package.I couldn’t send the parcel on Monday because I was sick with a high fever. I tried to contact Customer Service two days later, and they told me they couldn’t extend the code.I’m disappointed, and I will never order from them again.

Chase Bank is full of crap! They continue to give me the runaround with my mobile deposits. The first time that I used the app, I was told different things by multiple people and that ended with me having to go to a local branch to have it resolved. I was told that this ridiculous hold would not happen again by the branch manager. Stupid me for believing that! Once again they have placed an almost 7 day hold on my check! They have put me in a bind once again. The customer service representative once again have given me different information and one was very rude! How can they not even release some of the funds? It is very frustrating and angering that I have to go through hell and high water just to get my own money. I can guarantee that after I get my money, I will close this account and never do business with Chase again! They need to get together and get everybody on the same page as far as giving accurate information. Awful bank! Run don’t walk!
