For the most part it is a fun app and I do enjoy the variety of the selections. I have found many new genres I never thought I would like through this app. My only complaint is the Audio side as of late. It seems to cut in and out. Not sure if that is my service, or the book itself. It does not happen with my Audible account. I knocked off two stars, because of how difficult it is to rest the password. I had a heck of a time with this and well, now I have it set to auto-load and that helped.

I used to love ordering from this company.I brought mostly sweatshirts and t-shirts. This past year I have found the quality and customer service has gone done hill. It has become a 50/50 chance when ordering.The sweatshirts will now sometimes come up in really tiny sizing that you can't even get your head through the neck of the sweatshirts. Then in the same order you will get the correct size you ordered. When I contacted customer service they did help but they didn't explain why I keep recieving faulty sized sweatshirts. It had the correct size in the tag but the sweatshirt would fit a small child. Very odd. I switched to ordering t-shirts instead as I didn't want to keep taking the risk with the sizing. Now with the t-shirts most of them had the perfect print and would wash up well. Sadly the last order I made with them all the t-shirts the print was fading and peeling off. I contacted them for advise. I didn't ask for new ones or replacements I just wanted to know the best way to seal the print. I got them telling me because I had this issue before and that I had to send back the order to Germany. I wasn't going to do this due to postage and the fact I would lose out. I tried to explain my past issue was due to the sweatshirt sizing being changed and nothing to do with the print but I seem to keep getting the same email reply. Done with this company. Like I said above it's now turned into a 50/50 chance when ordering. Sometimes the order is perfect other times it's bad.

I was given a mastercard debit card as a gift. I didn't have money for food so I tried to use the card at a local store. The card was declined. Why, I don't know. I tried to get help but there is none? The phone number provided says you must go online which then offers solutions that lead you nowhere!

Guy brought a top for £4 since I sold it found out he sells them on said the top was not has described said it’s sleeves looked like they had been cut off, the top is has described he sent it back nothing wrong with it exactly has I described but eBay still gave him a refund what a joke

Chipole is one I the few places I can go to eat gluten free and feel safe. They did great preparing it, changing gloves and utensils and retrieving the ingredients from off the common place line.It was very busy and customers were lined up all the way outside. I was disappointed they didn't apologize for the wait but the reason I write this and take time out of my busy demanding day is because the chicken bowl was uneditable. The chicken was gummy and chewy and I literally had to spit it out.I thought it was just the one piece but it was EVERY piece. It ruined my meal- and I'm more than disappointed. I'm still hungry.This was at the tinley park Illinois location

This top was not only poorly fitted and sized incorrectly thw chain fwll iff after first try to wear it.! they would not take it back not even a credit.. My Hope For Macy's, is they go out of Business. Representatives are Very Very Very NASTY. Without the Customers, there is no MACY'S. Never again will I step into a MACY'S. I should have listened to friends and family, they stopped shopping MACY'S, a very long time ago. Everything I WAS , purchasing at MACY'S, can be and will be done at Nordstroms. Customer service there is excellent. Hopefully MACY'S CLOSES, AND SOON. MAYBE TRY CHAPTER 11, Rude people !

If you want to order an item and its on sale, do not buy from here. Its a trap to make you buy, then they do not ship the item on purpose until the item is no more on sale and then refund the amount, stating "sorry looks like item is out of stock". After a couple of days the item is available again at a higher price than other sites. By chance you again buy it with a discount sale price there is high chance of Dejavu ;) . Best thing to do is to buy the item from a reliable site in the first place. The site which provides better customer service and satisfaction.

The pricing is solid, and the AI image generator is great, but FOOLING CLIENTS with marketing tricks like “Unlimited” downloads is unacceptable. They claim “Unlimited downloads” on their page, but in reality, you’re limited to just 100 files a day. BETTER use STORYBLOCKS.com in this case. Here I never had any problem of getting blocked to use my pricing plan I booked. And NO, for me this is not valid to have written on the pricing plan "UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS" and limit it then in the TOS - this is DIRTY BUSINESS!

I was given one of the few and far between 20% coupons and when I went to place my order online, because the items are not available in the store, several of the items were out of stock. I called customer service and the stores and they essentially told me it was my tough luck.
