I would have given zero stars. I had to return item then it is now 2months and no refund given. Called customer service 2 weeks after return and that's only when they started the manual refund. 2months now and called them back and zero customer service! Now, have to dispute it on my card then. Beware!

1. I was able to find a telephone number for USA residents to contact.2. When I contacted a live Human support agent, we were able to resolve the problem with one call. The agent understood the problem and was able to guide me through modifying a few options in Bitdefender to correct the warning alerts.

This is what I wrote to PayPal and I am pretty confident I will get some of my money back. "I made multiple attempts to change my zoom account from 2 licensees to 1 license throughout the month of May. These attempts included trying to use the website to change it which consistently resulted in an error that was being worked on. I called on two occasions and after sitting on hold for an unbelievable length of time, I was put through to an answering service that took my information and concern and said someone would be in touch with me. This never happened. I also emailed the company twice and received no response. Ultimately, I wish I would have just canceled the subscription all together, which is what I did on the day I was notified they still charged my account for two licensees. I think that transaction is fraud, but since my request was to keep one license, then I am willing to pay that amount. Unfortunately, the ability to provide any proof of my attempts to rectify this problem can not be provided since, other than taking screen shots, everything is embedded in their site. I am disgusted in the terrible customer service and plan on filing a complaint with the BBB as well. Thank you.THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE!!! Use Google Duo, or WhatsApp. Their video quality is better and it is free.

Placed an order and got an email that said the item was backordered indefinitely, and it would cancel automatically in 30 days. I was unable to cancel the order (cancel button apparently not available) I called customer "service", waited on hold (listening to that high-pitched horrible hold music) for at least 15 minutes to cancel the order just in case. The person I spoke with said she submitted the cancellation but it would take 24-72 hours to get the confirm email. Just today I received an email saying the order shipped. The site is horrible, NO help at all. I've been on hold for almost 50 minutes, with the voice reminding me how important my call is to them. If it was so important, spend a few dollars (very few probably) and hire some more agents. If I refuse the order, it will take up to 10 days for the refund so I have to wait probably 2+ weeks to see my money when it was Macy's fault. Wish I could give them negative stars. Not shopping at Macy's again.
