trying to use the free remote to help someone. I don't use this often at all. keep disconnecting. timing out??? when i close teamviewer completely, you leave teamviewer running in the background. Which makes it look like I'm still using teamviewer. Not cool. 300 bucks a year is a good price... But, I'm not going to purchase it if you can't get the free version to work properly.

Calling customer service is a continuous loop then hangs up. No ability to connect with a live person. Calling the actual store routes you back to the same customer service message loop. Now I have to go in person to schedul a repair on an appliance still under warranty. My online information was entered incorrectly by store employee and there is no way to update it. I AM DONE WITH LOWES based on the ability to actually talk to a live person plus the inability to correct their mistakes or edit online. Who at corporate agreed to this set up is a complete idiot. UPDATE...just went to the actual store, the manager had te exact same never-ending routing n hang up n never-ending spoke or offered a live person. The contacting by email is the SAME WAY....the store manager has me on the schedule which I'm thankful for but 6 hours on a telephone deadend and 35 miles later tells me Lowes Appliance Warranty/Repair are Not worth this.

Clover is a great pos but the Flex hardware does not last. I have merchants using Flex and the buttons stop working, the Chip reader stops working, and they end up having to replace them every 9 to 15 months. The Minis and the Stations are fine but stay away from the Flex.

You wonder how a retailer can still be SO BAD at customer service and online order fulfillment in these times where such things might keep your business alive. We ordered some Christmas presents in November. They have been "in transit" since then !!No one replies to the emails sent to them. No one answers the phone. The poor management at Uniqlo maybe indicates why our retail sector is struggling.

I have bought three tickets for an agency that I recommend on the KAYAK page called STUDENTS UNIVERSE, it would be excellent if as a company it had a filter of the agencies that it recommends to its clients to buy tickets.This agency has lousy customer service. For canceling the ticket they charged me $450 per person and I paid for insurance that they did not return it either, the reason was visa denial, it was not because we did not want to travel.

I left Bigcommerce on my own accord I never had them promote my site what so ever, never paid any extra money for promotion was never tied to any bigcommerce promotion program my ranking were from my own promotion when I advised I was leaving but had 3 weeks to go on a paid plan my site was not to be seen on searches after that I owned the URL and my google business placement was gone, I had to reestablish this ASAP as it affected my business.

It is a good quality product and you do pay for that. Took out a classic subscription and didn't realise only had a one month trial of the tablet version (which is excellent). I don't make use of the daily paper versions as poor for the environment and wasteful. Contacted their customer services and asked if I could change to the digital pack and return the paper vouchers. Response was I couldn't as that would be a downgrade. Explained I'd be happy to pay the same monthly subscription until my contract finished but they couldn't accommodate my request. Poor customer service, inflexible and illogical. Disappointing and doubt I'll renew on principal.

My outlook account has been blocked. I tried to retrieve my account using my phone number but I was not allowed to use that method.So I entered a different email address and sent evidence of emails which was sent in my blocked account. Despite me sending evidence, they rejected the evidence so my email is still blocked. I called customer service but I cannot get hold of anyone. Avoid.

Mega keeps worse and worse. I am a business customer with over 10 paid users and about 8TB of data. The website keeps begin slower & slower as the days pass, and it's basically impossible to access Mega on a new device; the website always gets stuck on "decrypting" every single time. Customer support is a joke. Sadly I couldn't find any alternative that would be as inexpensive as mega and also have a desktop app, but as soon as I do me and my team will run away from Mega. It's really that bad. Used to be the king, a shame.
