Palm Beach Grill Cleaners came to clean my gas grill today. It had been several years since we had it cleaned and we just returned to Florida after being up north for the summer. When they opened the hood, it was full of mold and was totally disgusting. Boy was I embarrassed! In a few hours, they made it look like new. Eraldo and Danilo were efficient and polite. Great job!

I ordered the ROG PHONE 9 PRO

I ordered the ROG PHONE 9 PRO, decided I was content with the ROG PHONE 9 "standard" - ordered again within an hour or so, emailed to cancel the PRO and keep the "standard" - Took a notion after, googled reviews ( i know, should've read ASUS reviews first )Seen the reviews, decided to cancel both orders the same night and buy from box.co.uk (Who are the same company, found out after ordering as the paypal receipt showed the same Ltd Company)Here we are, a month later!! The standard phone ordered from Asus sits on my desk, delivered, unopened as they didnt cancel it and for the life of m3, 25 emails they've YET to send a return label for the "standard" phone. £1000 phone, the customer service of this company are exactly what the reviews say, many many days between replies of total incompetence.Ive now had to go to PayPal. Imagine i had bought a faulty device, I doubt that would ever be resolved. Avoid like the plague. I assure you, the customer service here is as poor as the reviews read. I simply cant understand how hard it is to send a return label and this wouldnt be needed if they'd just cancelled the order to begin with!!

This app could not tell the difference…

This app could not tell the difference between Rt. 214 East and West. I went over 8 miles east until I realized it had sent me to the WRONG DIRECTION.In unknown territory, late for an appointment, of course there was a speed trap camera (PG County, MD.) and it cost me $43.95. I know I can't blame WAZE for speeding, I'm not a whiner. However, this app, on this particular trip, SUCKED.

Lost all respect for msn

Msn is a censorship, misinformation machine that censors almost everything that opposes their very obvious agenda. Why even ask people questions if your not going to allow them to speak? I have never ever had a comment blocked and/or not allowed on any other site on the planet in the last 5+ decades, but have had several dozens on msn in last 3 years. My computers registry can easily prove my point and shows exactly how biased they are. For only one example... Someone telling "republicans should all go shoot themselves" was allowed, but me saying they "may need to seek professional help" was blocked?! They are sooo obviously trying to control the narrative. I Put today as the date it happened, because "almost everyday was not an option" I HAVE LOST ALL RESPECT FOR MSN!

The customer service is great. I had an issue with changing my log in details and all the people I dealt with were extremely helpful, with clear communication and good response times. They went above and beyond and this is when I only have a free account. I would highly recommend Mailerlite and am very happy with them

This is the worst experience I have…

This is the worst experience I have ever had. The only reason they are getting a one star review is because it will not allow me to give anything less. I have been lied to more than once. The service rep Brenda Hart says she will be there at a certain time and twice showed up 2 hours late. We as the customers deserve better. I personally will NEVER purchase anything LG again. My fridge is a $3000 fridge and has NEVER ran the way it should. When it takes about 90 seconds to fill a cup of water that shows what kind of product they make. I spent approx. 5-1/2 hours on the phone trying to get my questions answered. Prior to the day of my service appointment Brenda personally called to say that I was her first appointment on that day, that she would be there by 8am. Called LG at 9:15 and was informed that my appointment window was 10-12. When I asked why Brenda had lied to me, the "manager" I spoke to just answered with "I don't know" and then refused to talk to me. I tried explaining my situation and was met with complete silence on the other end of the phone to the point where I thought the call was dropped.

Account was locked/buying disabled for no apparent reason.First of all, the verification process during the change to DLT Finance GmbH (for German customers) was an absolute nightmare. However, after multiple verifiation attempts, I received a verification approval by the end of August.In September, the apps/desktop interface coerced one into filling in a questionnaire in case one intends to do Derivate trading - which I do not want. Still, I filled out this (for me irrelevant) form.At the same time, my account got locked (the desktop version call this issue 'buying disabled').I reached out to customer success multiple times, and only received automated chat bot responses that this is due to the verification process (which I had already completed months before).I tried to reach out over LinkedIn. Same response.My account is not usable and I decided that I want to withdraw my assets which is also not possible.In other words, KRAKEN made it impossible for me to invest, refuses to answer to service requests and does not even give me the chance to change to another platform as my entire funds are locked.Absolute nightmare!Ticket-IDs:143741771415021814094296

Signed up, but caregivers didn't respond

I signed up for Care.com - paid the $124 membership. Searched for caregivers for a senior. Sent messages to several people, but didn't receive any timely responses. Most of the caregivers didn't respond at all. The couple that did were not available. Money wasted. I called Care.com for a refund two different times, but received an email stating that I will not receive a refund. I had to find a caregiver on my own - NOT thru Care.com. Huge disappointment!!!

Helped block a bunch of wordpress spam forms from being filled out and clogging up my email box...able to block whole countries which are irrelevant to our business and saved us a bunch of time blocking single ip addresses. thanks!
