Review of guitarcenter
I received exceptional service from my guitar center representative. He was able to help me make a spur of the moment change to my order and I received a high quality bongo drum that was quickly delivered. My representative also kindly provided some music recommendations that I appreciated. I would definitely shop here again. Thank you!

Terrible support via email and live chat. Initially reported paywalls for Sims 4 custom content (permanent paywalls are a no-no), ended up writing and chatting with three different advisors as the case progressed to them thinking I wanted to cancel my account (again, simply reporting paywalled CC, nothing wrong with my account at all). Have changed my passwords and deleted my bank card info because for a few moments, I was convinced I was being hacked. Turns out they're just illiterate. DON'T USE THEM AT ALL.As an extra kick in the proverbials, their EA App is refusing to launch games, so can't even play anything right now. Disgraceful.

Was looking at a product yesterday evening and put in my wishlist. Checked again after midnight and the price had gone up from £190 to £230!! so removed from wishlist. This morning I checked and down to £190. Dynamic pricing?? What a rip off company upping the price when they realise someone is considering a product. Bought direct from manufacturer instead for £180.

Its a scam that they are running. Two times i have tried to order through their website, once a mackbook pro and tgen a samsung galaxy s8 and both times the same thing happened. First they show that the item is in stock and ready to be shipped. So you place your order and they ask you to transfer the money. And as soon as the money gets transfered to their account the status of the ordered item changes to either available for shippment in 4 weeks or either the item is not available for an indefinite time and then they ask you to maybe order something else. On both occasions i cancelled the orders, because obviously i dont want to wait a month or so to get my products. Then the refund takes atleast a week to get transfered back, which is understandable as banking processes takes that much time normally. But this time it has been more than twenty days since i first requested the refund and still no sign of the money. And when i ask they tell me to wait anither week.Honestly never using this site again and would reccomend no one else use it too. Unless you want to spend a month or so anxiously waiting for your product or your money
Review of lego
On the 30th of April 2024 I booked a Lego rescue set for my grandson’s birthday.Delivery was advised to do four days which had plenty of time before his birthday.Purchase price taken from my credit card for goods did not arrive even though the website said they had been delivered.so on the 10th of April I rang Lego firstly to say we had a very disappointed young boy after 20 minutes eventually spoke to one of their agents called David. He insisted the goods and left their premises but they could not track them as apparently the carrier system was down.I asked to cancel the order, he said this was not possible as the goods are left the factory but they did not know where they were and insisted they had not been delivered although the email said they had. Absolutely no help whatsoever and would not accept responsibility as a retailer, for non-delivery of the goods. In the end I ordered the same goods on Amazon for £11 cheaper than direct from Lego and applied a chargeback on my card.

These guys are crooks! Ordered two sun beds on 25th May and they took 120e on my credit card. After three weeks of non delivery we started phoning and emailing! No replies to the emails, but were consistently told on the phone ‘we will check with the warehouse and get them to call you back’. (The 21st century version of ‘the cheque is in the post’.) After 7 weeks we received an email saying ‘our order was cancelled’! They obviously didn’t have they stock or the credit to purchase or! No mention of a refund, and now after nine weeks and numerous unanswered emails and unanswered telephone calls we believe that they have properly ‘stitched us up’. Not hard to realise that if they do this to multiple (thousands?) of customers (?) they are running a ponzi racket to keep them afloat until the bubble bursts.

Review of Spotify
We’ve used Spotify Family Premium mainly for music, audiobooks, and kids' content.Unfortunately, Spotify now inserts ads into podcasts like Die drei Rabauken – even though we’re paying for an ad-free experience. This especially affects our children, who are now exposed to frequent commercial interruptions in kid-friendly content.Music and audiobooks like The Three ??? Kids are thankfully ad-free, but the fact that podcasts include ads despite a paid subscription feels misleading and unfair – especially for families. We’ve cancelled our Family plan and switched to a service that truly respects ad-free listening for children.

Review of samsung
Samsung is the worse purchase I have made. I purchased a washer/dryer, TV’s, refrigerator, dishwasher and range. All appliances have failed m, excluding the TV’s, within 3 years of purchase. My gas range is extremely serious because it leaked gas into my house, having a special-needs person living with me needing medical attention.I went to the movie and upon return the house was filled with gas, the range was off however, the knob was broken and leaking gas in the house. I called the gas company to have it turned off immediately. Afterwards, I contacted Samsung to tell them what had happened and they have offered zero support. I explained that this is serious obviously, especially since I have someone living with me that doesn’t know how to respond to such emergencies. Again, they have been absolutely no help to me. In fact, it’s taking them two weeks to even come out and look at the issue, and they’re saying I will be charged at least $140 for the visit. I cannot believe how they give zero concerns about having someone in my house going to emergency. I will never buy Samsung again and I will be going after them for the medical bills.

Review of kroger
On June 15th, I purchased a $300 Visa gift card at a Ralph’s (owned by Kroger) in Calabasas as Father’s Day gift for my elderly and disabled father. The card did not work when dad tried to use it, so we went to the website on the back of the card - the card number was not valid. We called the customer service number on the card and were told that this was a fraudulent card, the card number and bar code do not match, and to contact the store where we purchased it. I contacted Ralph’s, and after over a week and half, the store manager, Edwin, confirmed that I was sold a fraudulent card that had been tampered with. The manager told me that this is a big problem for the store, and as much as they try, they can’t prevent fraudulent cards from being placed on the card kiosks. According to him, the store loaded the money onto a card, so the transaction is good as far as they are concerned, even though they loaded it to a bar code stuck onto my card by a scammer. Because the card they sold me had been tampered with, the money never went to the card we purchased. He is refusing to give me a refund, issue me a new card, or even offer a store credit in the amount of my purchase. And the corporate customer service for Ralph’s and their parent company, Kroger is completely useless. I have called both customer service lines, emailed Kroger, and emailed Kroger executives directly, and no response. Ralphs and Kroger are taking no responsibility for the fact that they are selling fraudulent products - possibly the most expensive products in the store (as these cards can go up to $500). The company is aware that this is a problem, yet they are keeping these cards on their shelves and selling them to customers. They do not take even basic steps to protect the cards from tampering and pass all the risk to their customers. Anyone who purchases a gift card from Ralph’s/Kroger stores, is in danger of losing large amount of money with seemingly no recourse. The stores are fully complicit in this scam.
Review of IMDb
I wrote a critical review of Rings Of Power, because the rating was below 6* it has been censored and not put up. This has applied to thousand of other people, Amazon who own it have only allowed high reviews and ratings to be passed. This should surely be illegal, user reviews can influence subscriptions and money made for a streaming platform, it'll give them an unfair advantage among streaming competitors.
Review of coinbase
I'm using Coinbase commerce and they are great, fast withdrawals and no issues. But when it comes to the normal Coinbase platform they can lock your account when they feel like and also never pay you out, so I would not recommend anyone to store their crypto on some lanky suspicious exchange
