Review of wordfence
Happy to have wordfence protecting my site, gives great peace of mind. No hassle protection with alerts for plugin updates, security issues with plugins or abandoned plugins. Haven't needed support too often but when I have, they have been quick to respond and very helpful to all levels of expertise
Review of ubs
I have held a ROTH IRA with UBS for 18+…I have held a ROTH IRA with UBS for 18+ years. It was set up as a long term, set it and forget it ROTH IRA. Non-Managed, No Trades, No Maintenance. Set up with paperless statements, (No Cost to UBS). I received a email from UBS in regards to a, "Your most recent confirmation is available". I clicked on the link and found that there was a 195.00 trade confirmation. At first I thought it was a dividend payment, but it had a - minus sign, so I called. I found out that for 18 years they where taking out a maintenance fee, and annual fee to the tune of 195.00 a year. I new that this was not common because I have no Maintenance fee on other stock accounts, and there was no maintenance happening on the account. NO Trades, NO consulting, NO management. NO statements. UBS STOLE $3510.00 from me over the course of 18 years. This was a fund it, and forget it, ROTH IRA, to help me retire, and the SOLE $3510 from me. Rico Otway, One of the thief managers at UBS, said he could only refund one year, after the other associate told me they could refund 2 or so years. Either way, when people pay for things, they get something, or a service in return. UBS did nothing for this money and it is not common or an industry standard. Quite the contrary in fact. They also will get your reviews taken down.

Review of depop
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding my experiences as a buyer on your depop. While my initial experience started out fine, it quickly turned into a series of unfortunate incidents that have greatly impacted my trust and overall satisfaction as a user.I want to provide you with some specific examples of the problems I have encountered:1. Sellers Accepting Payment and Failing to Send Items: On numerous occasions, I have come across sellers who accept payment for an item but never actually send it to me. It's incredibly frustrating to see these sellers relist the same item with the same images and description without any communication, only to initiate the refund process later on.2. Seller Forgetting to Send Item and Initiating Refund Process: In another instance, a seller accepted my payment but forgot to send me the item. They investigated the matter, mistakenly believing that they had already sent it. Meanwhile, I discovered that they had relisted the item on a different platform. It took several days for them to initiate the refund process, leaving me without the item I had paid for.3. Purchase of Counterfeit Item: Unfortunately, I fell victim to a seller who sold me a counterfeit item. This not only shattered my trust but also raised concerns about the authenticity of the products available on your platform.4. Inaccurate Item Description: Another disappointing experience involved a seller who provided an inaccurate description of the item's condition. As a result, I received an item that did not match the description provided, leaving me unsatisfied with my purchase.5. Non-Delivery of Item and Inadequate Support: I made a payment using Google Pay for an item that never arrived. To make matters worse, I was unable to contact the seller for over a week. It took an additional week to resolve the issue, with a support process that was unresponsive and unnecessarily lengthy.Currently, I have been waiting for an item I paid for two weeks ago, and the refund process has not even started. It is frustrating because the refund process can take several days, and the support team and policies at depop offer little protection or compensation for the time and money lost in these situations. Basically, I feel like I am providing short term interest-free loans to strangers on the app without any benefit to me or guarantee of a satisfactory resolution. While I appreciate the efforts of the product and engineering teams any positive aspects are overshadowed by the human dynamics, inadequate support automations, and unsatisfactory policies and operational functions. As a buyer, I find the overall value proposition of thier marketplace to be severely lacking considering the frustration and unprofessional behavior I have had to endure. At this point, my only request is for a swift resolution to my ongoing issue so that I can move on from this experience. Once this matter is resolved, I plan to issue a formal complaint and a GDPR request for deletion. However, I am unfortunately forced to remain in this situation for at least another week.I cannot speak for the experience of sellers on depop.

This is a scam just like big companies like OpenAI. Despite purchasing a Plus account, I can only send 10 texts (texts/requests) per day, and even those are very simple and without images, etc. No one is responding either. This is truly theft. OpenAI and its ChatGPT tool are real scammers.

NO STARSLike many, I have shopped with Asos for many years, placing hundreds of orders. If everything is OK, you are fine, if something goes wrong god help you, trying to engage with 'AI's' is impossible. Having placed an order for a pair of shoes and sliders, they stupidly sent 2 pairs of the same shoes! The frustration then was the sliders were out of stock when these arrived, so I couldn't order another pair! As an apology, they said not to return the duplicate pair of shoes and gave me 25% discount code! I asked as the shoes had already been returned, when the gesture was offered, which they clearly didn't check, would they give me a voucher for this amount? They declined and said they had offered a discount code. I pointed out that you offered me the option not to return the shoes which I already had. So you give me a gesture in keeping a duplicate pair of shoes, but then decline to give this cost in a voucher as these had been returned???Absolute joke, well ASOS shove your voucher as I will not shop with you again as I suspect many of the shoppers commenting on her will not do!Your service is **** as are your attempts at resolving any issues presented to you. I have found that going directly to the retailers ie Dr Martens, Crocs etc you are able to purchase just as cheaply and their service is more dependable! You should be ashamed as should those who work for you!

Purchased jeans from Uniqlo Angel London store and used the tailoring service. They tailored the jeans too short, I requested for them to be lengthened or corrected, but they won't take responsibility to fix it so I'm left with jeans that are too short. Very disappointed.

Nothing Annoys Me More Than People Who Overgrade, Why Not Be Honest? The Old It Played Alright On My Deck Excuse When The Vinyl Is Clearly Overgraded And Why Didn't You Contact Me To Let Me Know There Is A Problem! You Graded The Vinyl Yet You Make Out The Buyer Is The Unreasonable Party, Beggers Belief Really, Also Alot Of Sellers Haven't Even Got A Record Deck, How Can You Grade Efficiently And Effectively Then? Further To That Is The Discogs Feedback System That Seems To Support These Types Of Sellers By Removing Negative Feedback Comments Which They Have Received From Unhappy Buyers, All A Seller Has To Do Is Offer A Refund And When The Vinyl Has Been Returned Albeit At Cost To The Buyer I Might Add As Sellers Are Not Required To Cover The Return Costs As Per Discogs Terms, Any Negative Feedback That Has Been Left By The Upset Buyer Will Be Removed By Discogs Providing The Seller Puts In A Request To Have It Removed, I Might Add That A Seller Doesn't Always Have To Offer A Refund To Have The Negative Feedback Removed, Although It Is One Of Many Ways, Discogs Massages Feedback For Sales, Simple As That, They Know And So Do I, Sadly This Type Of Procedure Is Not A True Representation Of Seller Or Buyer Alike, Too Many Buyers Loose Money Sending Overgraded Vinyl Back And Have They're Accounts Tarnished, Grading Mistakes Happen But Some Are More Regular Than Others! Shame Also That Discogs Doesn't Stick To The Rules It Indeed Makes And Each Representative Of The Company Has Their Own Ideas On What Constitutes A Breech, Therefore The System Is Flawed..Luckily (And Here's Hoping You Can Find Them) There Are Honest Sellers And Buyers On Here Which Go Towards The Shortfall That Is Experienced On A Frequent Basis...Be Aware Though, Discogs Will Tell You It Doesn't Get Involved..Yeah Right!!! They Will Do When It Suits Them, Even If The Seller Has Done You A Wrongun Don't Expect Them To Be On Your Side, Therefore You Take Your Chances, I Must Also Add That If You Have To Keep Putting In PayPal Claims For Vinyl That Has Been Overgraded Or Not Received And The Seller Doesn't Respond To Your Request For A Refund On The Order Pages Of Discogs Forcing You To Then Claim Through PayPal Then Your PayPal Account Is At Risk Of Being Closed For Claiming To Many Times!! No Wonder Discogs Is Gaining Such A Glowing Reputation For All The Wrong Reasons, Sadly The Love Of Music Is Not In Discogs Agenda, Money Is King Here, You Have Been Warned! As A Footnote To The Discogs Response Below, Discogs You Are Talking Utter Rubbish, There Are No Balanced Decisions Made By Yourselves, Just Purely Decisions That Benefit The Sellers Which In Turn Benefits The Site And The Revenue That You Collect From The Subsequent Sales Due To This Feedback Manipulation Which You Implement.Stop Sugar Coating It, You Never Listen, Some Staff Have Gone As Far As To Admit That The Platform Is Bias But Their Hands Are Tied, So Please Stop Acting Like Your Ready To Resolve And Listen To Any Problems Because That Is Lies, Infact You Abscond As Much As You Can From The Problems, As Your Terms And Conditions Clearly State, Your Site Has Issues And My Review Is Just And Correct With Regards To These Issues, And It's Not Just Me Is It!The Game is Up And Your Not Fooling Me, Buyers Are Treated In A Terrible Manner On Your Site, The Reviews On Here Are Testament To That, Aswell As The Many Instances I Have Proof Of.It Is Terrible You Make Out Your The Good Guys, And There You Have It In A Nutshell, Your Still Putting The Emphasis On The Buyer Which Is Exactly What You Do On Your Site, How Dare A Buyer Complain Or Leave The Truth About A Transaction!! I Wouldn't Feel Proud Of Yourselves, You Really Haven't Earned The Right.
Review of xbox
Xbox has been out for multiple years and have enjoyed them, but after that much time, their core services just somehow don’t work. Can’t do a single thing when the core services are out. Doesn’t make sense to me that a company this big can make such a bad system. Blows my mind.

1. I think we need a better categorization feature2. There are a lot of unofficial uploaders. They all have to be curated to prevent piracy 3. Maybe it would be nice to add a dictionary for idioms too 4. Allow the read mode while listening to audiobooks 5. Need to add books from users' origin country
Review of redbubble
Redbubble is very weird. The shirt I ordered was a medium tone and it arrived as pastel. They want me to do a lot of work to straighten this out (order number, a bunch of numbers) when they could find it on their own with my name and email. I don't appreciate being given extra work to make up for their mistake.
