Title: Absolutely Horrible Customer Service – Shocking ExperienceIf I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve been trying to pay an invoice for HOURS to restore our live website — which is critical to our business — and the way this situation has been handled is nothing short of disgraceful.Your team blocked our site, and despite repeated requests for a manual payment link, no one has followed up. The person I spoke to on the phone didn’t send anything, and now your support team keeps hanging up. There is ZERO accountability. No urgency. No basic customer care. This is not just poor service — it’s negligence. We’re running a business, not playing games. Treating customers like this is unacceptable. Fix your support and start treating urgent issues like they actually matter.

It is almost impossible to speak to a human. I spent over 3 hours on the phone, some with multiple agents when I was finally able to access them. I pay by the minute of use. I made several calls to various AT&T tollfree numbers (most deadends without being able to talk to an agent). I finally reached a human by calling their sales department. I have multiple issues with my account and STILL need them resolved. The biggest issues is that after having called these multiple AT&T numbers they charged me for every one of them and will NOT credit me for the calls. They adamantly say that they do NOT charge for calls to A&T but they DO. I ran out of charge time on my phone so have to wait until Monday to continue. I cannot log into my account. They said they would send me a text with a password but ALL I got was a message saying my PW had been changed (no PW provided).AT&T gives rotten customer service and they do their best NOT to connect you to a human. It is mostly voice mail with ultimate deadends.

This really seems like some BS scam to extort money from small businesses. Did the government grant them the authority to claim we are breaking the law and fine us if we don't pay this sham organization?I don't process or store anyone else's data but my own, but the website states "if you hold personal information for business purposes on any electronic devices" I will have to pay them. Pay them for what? To store my own information on my own device, are you kidding me? If the government backs these farce organization that prey on small businesses, then is there any wonder why there has been almost no economic growth in this country in the past 15 years?!

I absolutely love Creative Market. It is such a wonderful resource. It has such a variety of product offerings, including high end and elevated material,l which is very hard to find. Receiving and downloading the files are easy and efficient, and pricing is very reasonable.

Customer support is utterly c**p. The system just sends you running in circles. "Contact us" via email only to receive email back saying that it's an automated service and advises you to go back to the "contact us" page that offers the same email address...You'd think that a company as big as this, in this time and age would have a better way of dealing with customers. If you ever need HP, don't!
Review of amazon
Amazon falsely shows products available for expedited delivery. Then changed the delivery date and won't let you cancel the order because it "shipped". The order has to be delivered and I have to take the time to take it to a shipper to return it. As always ridiculously poor customer service and no recourse.

I ordered two dresses separately, decided to return them both. I had never ordered from them before so I got caught out on their returns policy. Paid £5 delivery fee x2, £9 returns fee x2. I'm now £28 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. I will never order from them again.

Review of asus
I applied for a cashback promotion to buy a motherboard and cpu together in combination. I chose ASUS when I would have chosen another competitor otherwise due to ASUS' high price. However, with the cashback the price worked out cheaper overall. I submitted my claim on a half-working website, received an email telling me that I would be expecting another later to finalise my claim. I did not receive it and by the time I contacted their support the promotion was over and they refused to pay out. I felt cheated.Additionally, their motherboard bios and support are all broken english. The support will do anything they can to refuse to help even and seem to be intentionally roundabout even with basic matters.
