They are dishonest and lie and do everything to rub you! I cancelled my account after asking if I'm ok to do so. But then got charge two separate fees just under £500 .... when I complained or asked to be shown the contracts .... they ignored and for the time lapse they charged me more. I paid as I didn't want them to charge more and more. It's very unfair.

Impossible to cancel an online order they still your money no one to contact and blame Covid 19 for the poor service and delays, over 10 days form placing an order and no date of delivery, I don't need the items anymore but will have to wait until they want to get my money back, they are letting customer down and violating the rights of cancelation of orders.the message 'Due to the fast paced nature of our warehouse unfortunately we're unable to cancel or amend your order. If you change your mind however, you may return any goods to us for a refund using the free return label included in your parcel.'Is not fast is the slowest service ever and the worse customer service for online orders letting down customers Extremely unhappy with all and how knows when I can have my money back

So i've bought a business class flight for $5k. 1) They automatically gave me tickets for another day (not the one that I purchased)2) Connected me with some third-party that is trying to call me, ask me to cancel booking and rebook it on their website3) Kayak doesn't respond, doesn't refundIt's a total nightmare. Never use this website

I've enjoyed 500px for a number of years as a photographer but back in April I sold a photo through the site but my commission was zero, nothing, so 500px got money and I got nothing, I wasn't expecting much but zero makes me wonder if there is a mistake so I raised a support request who have several times told me they are looking into it and here I am mid August with no update so I am concerned that finances are not being handled in an honest fashion.

Terrible and unprofessional experience with driver MD MARUF (EK70BDX)I booked an Uber ride from Stansted Airport but accidentally entered the wrong destination. When the driver MD MARUF, driving a black Hyundai Ioniq Plug-in Hybrid (plate EK70BDX), picked us up at around 2:30 AM, he asked if we were going to Custom House. I told him no — our correct destination was Abbey Wood.I asked if I could change the destination in the app, but he said it was inconvenient for him and that we’d “see later.” Instead of stopping inside the airport to cancel the trip (so I could request a new one), he kept driving and exited the airport. Once on the motorway, he told me that if I changed the destination, he would cancel the trip and drop us off at any “safe” place, which for him meant a random rest stop in the middle of nowhere.This was completely irresponsible, especially since I was traveling with my wife and 8-year-old daughter at that hour. In the end, he took us to the incorrect address I had mistakenly entered, simply because, in his words, it was closer to where he lived.He also said that although the Uber app allows riders to add stops or change the destination, he wasn’t obligated to accept those changes because “he’s self-employed and doesn’t work for Uber” — he just uses the platform and makes his own rules.I asked him repeatedly why he didn’t just cancel the trip inside the airport so I could book another Uber, and he said he accepted this trip only because it suited his personal convenience — not to offer proper service.A very unpleasant, unsafe, and unprofessional experience. I absolutely do not recommend this driver.

The selection on books is pretty good, the app itself can be improved in some aspects, it feels a bit clunky but I haven't encountered anything truly annoying.I've been subscribed to Amazon's Audible for 6 years now on 2 credits a month, and struggled choosing which book to read because of the credit limitation, always looking for 30+ hour books. Which left me with a lot of shorter books on the wish list waiting for a 2x1 sale or discount. With Scribd I've read like 15 books in the first 2 months, and if that's value I don't know what is.If you're a voracious reader like me, this app is for you <3

Would have been a zero if that were an option. Wish I had read these reviews below before I ordered. Ordered shoes at the start of November and contacted customer service to be told the robot response of ‘we are experiencing delays’. Told them I wanted to know where my shoes were to find out they hadn’t even been dispatched. Got a notification they were sent but no one can tell me where they are still. Got annoyed and told them their customer service was pathetic - the worst I had experienced and they told me I was being ‘aggressive’ so terminated my email. Just wow. Whatever you do, do not order online. I have only ever left a review for one other company until now. Not that they care and clearly don’t read reviews or they would actually fix the issues. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. But you can’t tell them that, because they will terminate your communication. Ridiculous. How can a company not read all these reviews and do something about it.
