Do not order online!!!Paid 91.97 for three pairs of crocs. Tracking says delivered 12.26.24. No package was ever delivered. I have cameras, no porch pirates. They denied my refund, says it’s not their problem, report to shipper. UPS SAYS “ Unfortunately we cannot process your claim. The sender has restricted claims for this package.Please reach out to them directly for assistance.[UPS:E022]” so crocs won’t even allow them to file a claim. Never ever will buy a pair of crocs again and support this scamming a$$ company. Street justice is the only answer. Don’t waste your time or money on these shit shoes.

Horrible customer service. Went in to make a return and only had the box with the order number on the sticker. Never got a confirmation email, no receipt, nothing about return policy. Took over a week to receive the order. I live over an hour away from store and went in to exchange. I was 2 days past the 30 days. Did not know that the policy was 30 days from date shipped but maybe if it was on a receipt in the box I would have returned in time. I now have 5 pairs of jeans that don’t fit and no one at Zara will assist me. I only want a credit that I could use in the store so I am not wasting my money! They don’t care.

I've maybe left 5 reviews in my entire life, but what I just experienced should be shared. I signed up for what I thought was the monthly plan for Fotor, but it charged me $39.99 (the amount for a 1yr subscription). I'd never even tried the thing, so there's no way I wanted access to it for an entire year. I attempted to get the matter corrected before using the software/website, but I was told via chat that nothing could be done at this time, BUT, if I wanted to sign up for another year, it would only cost me $25. As if all of that wasn't bad enough, I tried the AI professional headshot feature (the only reason I signed up in the first place), and the results looked like my 9 year old drew it. Total piece of crap. There are AI toon face generators on the Play Store designed for kids to play with that generate better headshots. So, I'm out $40 and not happy at all with Fotor. Lousy customer support. Product not fit for human consumption.

Having worked at Cointelegraph for over four years, it was truly surprising to see the lack of genuine understanding of crypto and blockchain. Despite their reputation in the industry, cronyism runs rampant internally, overshadowing true merit and expertise. I've witnessed multiple clients walk away unsatisfied with the subpar results they received after contracting Cointelegraph's services, specially with the accelerator program. It's disheartening to see such potential wasted, as the company often comes across more as a parody than a genuine contributor to the crypto space. Stay away.
