WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I've been a seller on Discogs for over 6 years. Recently, they implemented a 2-factor login process. Since doing so, I have been unable to access my account. I have reached out to them numerous times and still (almost a month later) cannot access my account. It is extremely frustrating that I have spent countless hours logging my inventory and building a customer base only to be locked out of my account and no one will respond to my email. If you are considering selling on this site, do yourself a favor and find a different medium.

I love that my membership allows free shipping, but I wish it would arrive quicker like my Amazon orders do.I also love that I can check for the book in the store.

Not easy to end subscription

Took up a free trial for four weeks, three weeks in went to cancel as it’s not for me. Can’t cancel online, you must call a number and speak to someone in sales who attempts to convince you to stay. On the phone for 10 minutes trying to convince a numpty that I do not want this subscription and will not keep it. It’s not even a free number. Avoid!

Punitive changes

Recent changes this month pushed completed lessons into lower units, changed lingots to gems, stopped awarding lingots for decades of consecutive practice days and for some reason deducts points when I log on some days, as many as fifteen. I was on unit 26 one day and then with the changes my highest was unit 21. Unit challenges used to 'cost' 10 lingots which took two days to earn. Now it costs 100 gems which can take 5 or more days to earn. I didn't mind the 'updates' earlier this year, but I am unhappy with the punitive changes. I tried to get answers from Duoling with a bug report and got an email back saying thanks, but they wouldn't respond to me personally.

Highly dependable and highly rated

I have used Bitdefender for the past several years and never had a problem with it. It protects my desktop, two laptops, and two cell phones. Recently I had a question for them and I was able to resolve my issue with just an email. I like having options about contacting their support people.

Absolutely the Worst Service I've Ever Experienced

I’ve been trying to port my number to Vodafone for three months, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life.I've been hung up on five times, sent to physical stores eight different times, and had the process canceled without explanation multiple times. On top of that, I’ve been disrespected by customer service agents on at least four occasions, and I’m still nowhere closer to having my issue resolved.Vodafone has wasted an incredible amount of my time, shown complete disorganization, and a total lack of accountability. If you value your time, energy, and sanity, avoid Vodafone at all costs.

This was 60 minutes of customer service/open a new acct/making a purchase HELL. I couldn't understand the language half of the time and got passed from one person to another like a $1 w####.I hung up. I just quit.My fault for not checking reviews first. (Heck, this is Macy's. Why check reviews? Right?)

Runaround to nowhere at Macy's online

As I find this site, Macy's online has a rating of 1.5 stars ... which is way, way too high. I had an indescribably awful experience which I will try to describe. TLDR: avoid.I found that Macy's online advertised that they had a perfume I had been looking for, good price! I created an account and ordered it. Then it started:1. No updates. Nothing at all happened for a week or more. Not your best 21st century fulfillment model.2. Macy's claimed it had been "shipped." I looked at the actual UPS track. UPS had not even picked up the item.3. After another week of nothing-nothing-nothing, I tried to contact Macy's support - which was clearly a bad AI. It asked some overly basic questions, which I answered just to try to get a handle. Then it assured me that my item was on the way.4. A few days later, nothing had changed (again). I tried the support route again but just asked to "escalate." The AI put me through ... to what appeared to be a different AI. I started to give up. No human being at Macy's knew about my problem yet.5. Verified that UPS still had not ever picked up the item.6. Received an email verifying that my refund had been processed. What refund? Macy's had taken about $58 from my credit card, sat on it for 10 days, and then refunded it.To this day, the UPS track shows the same. I can't get a human at Macy's involved. Do they carry what I want or not? Did some AI decide to refund me to get rid of me, or are they really unable to fulfill?Needless to say, I will never go back. What would be the point?

Horrible experiece with the Ipsos. I have acocumalted almost 1000 points, after checking with them this is what i received from them in email "We have checked our database and have found that your account was terminated for breaking one or more of our quality rules. These rules are related to survey participation and panel membership. Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel. Additionally, your account will not be reactivated, and any points accumulated have automatically been deleted. Thank you for your understanding". Absurd survey portal. Absolutely nonsense wasting peoples time. Didn't they received the money where I wasted time for these almost 50+ surverys? each survey is almost 15-20 mins. People never ever try this survey portal. You will only disappoint yourself.

Customer service was excellent—really helpful and always found a way to meet our needs. However, we found that the program was ultimately more suited to web design than web management, so it wasn't the right fit for the new direction we were heading in.

What happened to caring about the customer?

I think if you never really need customer service for anything the company operates fine. If you find your self in any circumstance where you need some empathy and understanding you are on your own. Everyone you speak to is outsourced and at times hard to understand. I had a medical issue that put me in a bit of a tough financial spot. All I kept getting told was the computer didn't populate an extension. That loan extension would have made it so I didn't have to take out a pay day loan to pay the car payment that month. They still get their money. It is just one extra month I am paying them at the end of my term. They still won't do the extension and it has been months. I have asked to talk to someone who can understand what I am saying, but it never gets me anywhere. I actually had the one person helping me ask me if my situation was due to a natural disaster after I had told her exactly why I had been late on my payment. It's very frustrating when the customer doesn't matter. I am trying to see if I can refinance and find a company that can give me a few months grace period at this point to catch up this loan.

Trial was OK...

Signed up for the free trial and uploaded my tree. Found a few new things out, but the free trial doesn't seem to be a trial of the complete site and payment requests still pop up.After my trial I cancelled and immediately got an email stating my tree was over the basic allowed 250 people and I couldn't add any more! At that point, what is the point of having an account, deleted tree and deleted account.Other sites allow you to keep adding people as it benefits them, but myheritage doesn't see that.
