Website error over charged me

Website error over charged me. It removed my discounts processing during payment so it charged me full price.Had to cancel and reorder. This was not user error on my part and second time it processed fine.Then my order was missing items. They refused to read my email properly and just kept replying that tracking said my order was delivered... After exposing the situation as if to a child they finally seemed to understand. They wanted me to take pictures of an empty box. Upload my passport. Anrld Write a signed letter to the delivery company about it.... Over £20 of missing night lights from my £500 order.An absolute joke.Keep the bloody £20 I'd rather not waste any more time over this joke of a customer service.

GOOGLE FI changed my simply unlimited…

GOOGLE FI changed my simply unlimited plan to the plan with over seas calling, Jumping my bill from $90 to $200. I bite the bullet pay the amount after hours of trying to get them to fix their mistake. Then 3 weeks later, i see that my bill is $580! I quickly call and ask why it went up so much! I was told that i had violated the terms to my promotion, and I owed the full amount of the phone. This is a very interesting accusation due to the fact I have no clue what this even means, i cant even set up my own phone i have my partner do it for me. so i call 4 days before my bill is overdue, I get ahold of customer support and she's just telling me its my fault, i violated the terms whatever. i explain that i haven been using the same phone this entire time. so she send my account up to the promotions team, i wait a day for them to contact me and i get nothing. so now im 2 days away from getting my phone shut off, and no answers from google fi support. I call again the day before my phone gets shut off, i talk to support and ask for a manager, this is an urgent matter i need solved soon as possible. everytime i call the support team and ask for a manager im told i would get a call in 30 min to an hour. i wait all day for this call and reveieve nothing of the sort. im still waiting for this call the day my phone gets shut off. i just moved to a different state, waiting to get calls back from jobs and interviews, I drive to a large city where i don't know the layout to conduct a job interview, using google maps, i am about half way their when my phone service is suspended. my maps stops working and i have to buy a map to find the location of this job. i talk to the support team when i find wifi at a food court, and the team again says" wait for the mamagers call" at this time i have no service and can only use wifi to call. i go to a Verizon store and purcase new phones, and get a new plan. Today the day after my phone was shut off, i get an email from the promotion support team, and they that i didnt violate my promotion and its all good. Well my bill is still $580. i call to ask them if I can just return the phones, this time to support team tells me the manager doesn't call people back, they email you back. the past week Ive been waiting for a phone call, changing my schedule so i can be available for this phone call that doesn't even happen! of course i cant return my phone cause its past the return date, which seems like a coincidence. ive been through the ringer with the support team, and they are still trying to get me to pay for this issue that was their fault.

Should rename to DailyAds

Should rename to DailyAds . The site is nothing but a method to forced you to watch adverts, sometime while reading an article, some hidden advert with sound will start without your consent, if you have your volumn on high at work or on a train, this can be so annoying, plus most comments posted are never published, like they have some kind of agenda to only post comments they feel can swing the public view their way can get on, but the latest Adblocker ban is the final straw, our company now firewall blocked DM totally, no more random surprise adverts in our building anymore.

These guys are stupid

These guys are stupid . I try to reset my switch before i can get through the steps every 30 seconds it shuts it self off no it plays games fine. So I call Nintendo got put on hold then told duh I don’t know what’s wrong. Thank for nothing. My wi fi keep cutting out while downloading ask about it same answer durp I don’t know. Do these morons know anything must be nice to get a pay check for doing nothing. Well i finally figured out the wi fi problem myself. The support people are the dumbest ever. Also my final fantasy 7 and 8 would say I needed to download update and failed over and over the only way I fixed it mmm.. I bought a Europe ver cart then it fixed it. Guess Nintendo’s answer durp I don’t know. They a waste of life.

25 years worth of email vanished

25 years worth of email vanished, out of the blue, no reason given, no way to recover. I am devastated, there is no phone number to call from Australian or customer care email my whole lifetime of emails gone, no reason and no recourse.

I wish there were "negative" stars in brown

To be quite honest, I look forward to the day when the name "Dell" ceases to exist. There is no "quality" in their products & "support" is simply abusive. $1600 (plus taxes, &c.) for a lap-top that, out of the box... camera doesn't function, key-board sticks & other-wise malfunctions (which is a nightmare where passwords are concerned... I got locked out of my financial accounts THRICE because of key-board issues, it appeared as a "hack attempt"), the WiFi driver fails on start & then drops out. Screen resolution changes with-out warning, had to disable the "touch screen" because of "floating bubbles" (you can look this up). And yes, I've tried communicating with "Customer Abuse" at Dell, more times than I can recall, speaking "to" (since it's obviously not "with") a variety of "genders", accents, literacy, mental acuities, via on-line "chat", e-mail, telephone AND social media (they have a "bot account" on Twitter which is condescendingly rote & useless) ALL with one primary commonality: liars & out-right, blatant thieves. If they don't promise to "help" or to "make the customer whole" with repairs/replacements, none of which ever actually happens (usually there's a "disconnect" of communication service), they've got the audacity to CHARGE for service... on merchandise that's been out of the store not 3 hours & not out of the box 45 minutes! I look forward to seeing a "Class Action" law-suit taken against the entire corporation, &, at this juncture, individual employees because they MUST be aware of their criminal activities & by virtue of their continuation of "employment" at/with Dell, show their intent to deceive, defraud & other-wise abuse "customers".I build & maintain web-sites, have done from the earliest days of "Internet for the masses". I've been in data/IT from the days of programming IBM SYS III. I'm not illiterate in the field & surely not the gullible dolt I've been taken for by Dell.I've never been fond of "Apple" products, but at this juncture, I've had god-awful experience with Toshiba (which I've noticed has all but vanished... may Dell follow quickly), not happy with "HP" but DELL? The ULTIMATE turning factor. Looks like "Apple it will be". (Dell ought to pay for the replacement of their utter trash that they've strapped me with. I can't even re-sell this thing! People are getting wise to the evil that is "Dell".)

The computer locks up continuously. Dell provides no support and their virtual assistant is an absolute waste of time.So now I'm out $$$ and I have a new crappy laptop that hasn't been touched in 4 months

Slowed my site down significantly.

Slowed my site down significantly.Paid for Pro version. Site was slower, which is the opposite of what Cloudflare claim. Also kept experiencing 524 errors, which Cloudflare blame on server timeout, despite absolutely no server timeouts when Cloudflare isn't in place.Support was useless. Basically trying to upsell rather then take any responsibility.

Bad customer support would be better.

Bad customer support would be better.My account was compromised, I am not sure how, but have changed the password, I can't enable 2FA despite trying it won't let me, customer service is slow to respond took a few days, and the data dump of my profile doesn't assist to recover the information.You cannot contact them easily and they don't accept feedback to improve their processes.I am receiving adverts in Chinese, so some business is paying for these, yet they are landing on someone they clearly don't wish to target.I would not recommend any paid services of linkedin, as a direct result of my experience.
