The service at your restuarent was at best mediocre. we had to ask him to refill our water glasses. He was cordial but not "glad" to be serving us. Please understand that i understand that we all have our days. But he is was acting like he didnt want to be there let alone serve us. The food was ok. I remember that the food we used to eat there was very good. Although it was a bit spicy for our taste but that was our fault.again i understand the strain restuarants have today. but when you are still dealing with us public deal with us in a cheerful way and we will keep coming back.

It seems like everyday we have complaints about our online purchases or even local businesses . Customer satisfaction appears to be an obsolete concept, BUT hold on! Wayfair is amazing in a great way!!! I recently had an issue with a seam in a cushion on a sofa I purchased from Wayfair . I thought perhaps I could get a replacement cushion , imagine my surprise when a brand new soda was delivered to my home. !!!! Wayfair, you went above and beyond and you deserve a huge thank you ! You have a huge fan in me!

I ordered 7 items on February 22. Three were delivered in a timely fashion. After a week, I was told 2 would not arrive until Miid-April. The remaining were to be delivered March 4. Then March 10. Then March 20. Then March 30. I was not notified of these delays; I knew only because I logged in to check order status. On March 31, the message was that if I didn't hear by March 24, I should contact you. A tracking number was finally generated on March 31. Unacceptable.

I have been at the hospital all day long with a sick family member. My hose had sprung a leak last night and I needed it to water my animals. So, tonight after being in the hospital all day I walk into Lowes, search for a hose, find one and walk to the check out. NO LIVE check outs...only SELF CHECK OUT! I tried to do it but of course I am extremely distracted mentally and I have never been trained on their system. My light at the register starts blinking with a note saying something along the lines of someone is coming to help. Meanwhile the girl there to help was busy sweeping the floors, which was more important than the PAYING customer. I don't understand why paying customers are NOT important to this company. I lost it! Finally a manager came to help. I ask for the managers number her gave me the stores number and when I called it....it rang for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered. So, as tired as I am and as stressed, I took the hose back. I will go to Ace or Tractor Supply....they have LIVE people checking me out. I will be canceling my Lowes card - the one that I purchased two freezers on, one dryer and a lot of tools. I will NEVER step foot or spend another penny with LOWES. The paying customer should matter to you.
