I got into the membership because i belived in the benefits presented

I got into the membership because im travelling a lot abroad and was lured by their benefits.My first booking in Poland, i was not awarded the points. My second booking in Budapest for 5 nights, value of 900 Euro, i was ONLY awarded points for 1 night after i complained. On my second complain, they offered as a "bonus"2000 points extra.From my 2 booking's value, i should have had 11.000 points and they only offer 3000. The chat on the website its useless, only generic answers, no way to communicate with real people. The benefits are FAKE, Its all marketing to get you spend only through them.I FELL TRICKED AND TAKEN FOR A FOOL.DO NOT RECCOMAND.

This wasn't worth the group on. A foreign guy, who doesn't seem to know how to actually give a massage was assigned to me. After trying for a while to get him to do more than push fat around, he went to get someone to give him a translation. For a few minutes, it seemed he figured out what to do. However, he still had no idea how to give a massage at all. Even with more direct pressure, he would fail to massage any muscles, and for awhile, even managed to lean on my spine. I'd suggest not getting this group, and not ever associating with this massage place again.There was no one but a temp at the front desk on my way out. No final communication with the massage therapist, no manager, no one who could communicate with, or had ANY impact on messages. After leaving a request for contact, there was no communication.

C'mon Fox! You're supposed to be the conservative choice in news. You're supposed to get the facts, not opinions. We know you lean right. But as a newscaster we shouldn't be able to tell your opinions. Get back to giving the American public the facts then maybe your ratings will go back up.

I was wathhing Fox News 24/7, but not anymore. Chris Wallace is a disgrace, Nobody tunes into your channel to see him EVER!!! He should be on CNN and not Fox news channel. I am one of the viewers that switched to Newxmax and we will not return, till people like Chris Wallace, Donna Brazile, And the Juan guy on the five are gone. We don't tune in to see these people ever.

Kayak robbed me for $15000

Kayak robbed me! They charged me $14,990.00 for no reason at all. My coming back home connecting flight got cancelled by British Airways for technical reason I was told when I tried to check in at airport. Nobody even called me to tell me. So I called Kayak from airport and they booked another flight with United instead calling British and just get me flight for free. After I was charged I called British myself and they gave me new flight for free. I also called United and they offered me credit $7800 out of $15k and United told me that only Kayak can give me full refund. Also entire day Kayak did not even call United to initiate cancellation. I have been calling for hours and I was hung up several times. They always saying somebody will call you shortly and nobody does. On top of this I broke my toe and I am in pain dragging bags from airport to hotel and back but Kayak don’t care their customer service does not any humanity and they are careless.

Slow correcting the problem

Poor troubleshooting and correcting it. We finally chatted online and told them that the main contact email was the address of our previous web design consultant and we do not have the password for it. We requested to correct to our email address so that we can get in and fix the problem; however after almost 24 hours, it has not fixed and so our website is down.We asked online how long does it take to fix, the customer service person said that as soon as he gets off the line with us, he can fix. He never told us when it will be fixed even asked several times.

terrible customer service - nobody helping to resolve issues

I am so frustrated, my job was lost at the start of covid and on their site they say that they offer assistance for their totally overpriced website during this challenging time; I have literally had 3 people view my site this whole time and they say they won't refund anything except this last month, which I had already requested to be cancelled from, because my site had "activity." I explained I am a struggling student and make very little even when I do work, and they just keep saying the same thing. in addition, my site experienced genuine technical challenges for about 6 months for which I have sought resolution and been told that even the technical error was on their side, nothing will be done; when I ask to speak to someone who can help me, I am told a version of the first way they responded, which in no way actually addresses my issues. Usually customer service is about making people want to use your product more; I am so sick and tired of talking for weeks to people at this company with no sort of actual help given. Cannot believe I spent almost 400€ for less than a year on this terrible product.

Don't bother. Was sent a poster with printing errors on it and was refused refund and offered a voucher instead. Poor customer service took days and additional email before I got a reply.

Mastercard gift card

Be careful with Mastercard gift cards. I have never had this problem with any other gift cards. When I call and enter my numbers it says I have zero balance after only making 100.00 purchase on 150.00 card. Then I try to go online to check transactions to see what happened but Mastercard website does not cooperate and I'm redirected to sites which are no help. Something has clearly defrauded me. I will inform the person who lifted me this and I certainly will never use mastercard
