Commissions are high without explanation. There is no phone or live chat customer service. You write them an email and they take up to 12 hours to text you back. If you're not in the app when they message you, you are out of luck and have to wait another 6 hours for a response. There is no instant live chat like every other company has. They are in Singapore.

All kinds of bizzare fees and hoops to jump through once they lure you in... Then they change TOS and the game completely changes.. Now I'm told there's a $4.95 a month fee (for their visa card that I locked up to get a year ago) for an "inactivity fee" for a card they advertised as a "no fee card" after you complete a lock up period which I did last year.. This ridiculous monthly fee is buried on the 29th page of a 30 page doc.. Pathetic scammers.. So I asked them to define what "Activity" means.... They said they would look into it and get back to me! They charge me for "inactivity" but are unable to define what "activity" is! Customer service is non existent and nothing more than boilerplate responses and now a runaround .. Sad and pathetic...

We are a small NFP looking at our first CRM and without his advice and suggestions we would have spent countless hours reviewing too many similar programs. He gave us a range, including very popular and not so well known. Based on some basic information and our criteria all 4 were possible candidates. He also gave us some information on evaluating both the software and the pricing structures. Great job, thanks!

I of course & my Husband also told them & responded back ohh don't see any problems with that account they did nothing wrong, well yeah they did, don't know what there doing with other people's account or what there using it for. Customer service is awful. Shipping is awful (usually FedEx, which sends emails changing delivery times daily). Merchandise can be good or ridiculously shoddy, and not packaged sufficiently for the contents to arrive unscathed. And God forbid you need to return anything--Wayfair makes it nearly impossible. I bought a mattress and didn't like it; trying to return it within the 90-day window is proving extremely difficult, and I've been trying for over a week now. Wasted hours on the phone and computer trying to get it picked up and still nothing. Will never buy from Wayfair again.

They help fraudsters i had a lady buy some clothes not expensive but she never sent the money and got quiet because she tried the fraud trick with the delivery. I know that and she then got quiet. I reported the fake profile to facebook but they replied that they would not remove it and they saw nothing wrong.are they crazy ???? Just to test it I can say I never once sold anything only dealt with fraudsters on their marketplace so find somewhere else this a market for annoying fraud not sale

The agent who helped me (Ashley) was extremely helpful and patient as he took me through what otherwise might have been a difficult process.
