Review of WordPress
I had WordPress for several years and started using the Premium package. It was fine at first, I was able to do what I needed to do, update/add pages, etc. Then they changed the way sites are updated and I lost the ability to update my site. I contacted them and got erroneous information so I emailed (several times), and was given a link that did not help me to edit my site. I said that I still wanted to edit the site and the answer was that if the link didn't work that was really the only answer... I didn't work. I asked for a refund on the rest of the 2-year subscription and was told that its too late. Now I have ads on my site and they wont remove them... They said I have to pay again. So, they changed their site, now I cant edit and I still have to pay... and have ads. That's simply bad business.

Review of activecampaign
We are customers of active campaign. If you got a production issue caused by active campaign you can stay assured you won’t get support in a reasonable amount of time. We continuously get firewalled by their cloudflare on sync api, despite correctly calling their system with proper formed data and within 4 permits per second limit. You will chat with people that have no clues about you are talking about and will tell you you are going to receive email support, which they don’t open a ticket for.

Review of mailchimp
Just the worst. Advise them that their SW is rubbish, they say they’ll tell dev, nothing happens. Should you trial it, try searching for a contact by company name....you can’t, search by part of the email address, you can, sometimes, but not consistently! They obviously took market share through investors, they have no inclination to provide a quality product
Review of groupon
Good location, friendly, competent staff! Went there for a couple's massage and was very pleased with the experience. They did use a lot more massage oil compared to other massages I have had at other locations in the past, not so much of a critique as so much of an FYI.

Since their update I can't use the username I have been used since I registered and one I use for over 15 years on other sites. Because other people could change it first, I was later in line, so lost my username.Horrible experience.Currently looking for another app.Edit: Tried to contact them twice but no response. I will refuse to change my username to something I have never used. It also was unfair, people registered waaay later where earlier to change their name. Unfair, maybe some corruption too?
Review of depop
Depop is an absolute disgrace of a platform. If you’re a seller, stay away unless you enjoy being robbed. Their policies are so broken that they literally allow buyers to scam you and steal your money months after a sale. Here’s what happened to me: • Sold an item. Buyer was happy. Left a 5-star review. • Three months later, they suddenly had “suspicions” about authenticity but never even asked for a refund—just an inquiry. • Depop ignored their own 30-day dispute policy and forced me to refund the buyer anyway. • They demanded a proof of purchase, which I obviously didn’t have after three months. • Since I couldn’t provide a receipt, Depop refunded the buyer in full, and they KEPT the item!So basically, Depop lets buyers get free items and steals from sellers. No proof needed, no dispute process, no seller protection—just Depop bending over backwards for scammers. If you sell on Depop, your money is NEVER safe. A buyer can come back months later, make up a story, and Depop will force you to refund them. No investigation, no fairness, just theft. This is the worst e-commerce platform I’ve ever used. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being scammed.⭐ 1 star because I can’t give zero. Depop is a joke.
