Feeling robbed…I made a ticket with you emirates, I’ve hade it open and before the expiration date I wanted to rebook it but you say we can not do something with that and that you have to talk to the agency we cooperate ( travix) and if they can not help you will do it for you. After a week off loosing all this time on the phone with emirates finally they say unfortunately we can not help you. I am so sad knowing that Emirates still money from me in that way... I trust you emirates but you still my money! So embarrassing I never expected to be treated so bad by one of the biggest flying companies, Emirates !!! Is there someone who can help me ??? The people responsible for banning accounts, which would be a good thing if used correctly, banned my account for absolutely no reason at all. When I figured out how to ask why and do what they call appealing the ban, nobody responded to any messages I sent in any way. The next day all that showed was that the appeal was denied. I called customer service and a bunch of people who really don't speak English well at all were all that were available and they told me they couldn't help and that the brown shirts who ban people don't take calls or respond to emails. DO NOT PURCHASE MICROSOFT PRODUCTS AND F THEM

Started a free trial of a premium service whilst on holiday, and cancelled the free trial well in advance of the date it rolled into a paid subscription. However, Duolingo don't seem to think that cancelling the free trial means you want to cancel the subscription, so after I had long forgotten about this app they charged me £60 and put me on the premium subscription. That is a considerable amount of money to steal from unsuspecting users due to an explicit design choice Duolingo have made to trick customers. DO NOT START ANY FREE TRIALS - it could cost you a lot of money. Even though you try to block the transaction and stop it on the same day - this company does not offer refunds, and does not have an option to stop premium subscriptions partway through the year, so they have stolen £60 from me and I have no way to get it back. No help from the app store either. On a separate note, this app is not helpful in learning new languages. Instead you learn the muscle memory to press buttons on the right order quickly, but you are not learning to speak a new language.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 pairs of crocs and jibbetz on November 28, 2022 and recevied confirmation right away. Now, 14 days later, they still have not shipped and I have received no further updates from them. It is impossible to get through to customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Until last VPN update, I could access my bank app and Official sites (related with taxes) if VPN was connected. This was applicable on both computer and mobile phone devices. Since recent VPN update, I can only access those sites if VPN is disconected, applicable on both computer and mobile. If it was working fine, what happened with the new update that I can't use it?

I’ve had my Snapchat account for a long time, and I’ve built meaningful connections and saved precious memories. Recently, my account was permanently locked without any clear or specific reason. I suspect it was due to adding too many people too quickly, which seems to have triggered Snapchat’s system thinking I was spamming. However, I was simply trying to expand my social circle and meet new people.Despite appealing multiple times, I received only generic, copy-paste responses that offered no insight into what happened or how to resolve it. I’ve never used third-party apps or violated Snapchat’s guidelines in any way, yet my account was locked permanently with no real explanation.I am devastated by the loss of all my content and conversations, and I’m incredibly frustrated by Snapchat’s lack of support. I’ve followed all the rules, and I’ve only been treated like a number, not a valued user. I simply want a manual review of my account to understand what went wrong and hopefully recover it.Snapchat should respect its users, provide clearer answers, and be more helpful when things go wrong.
