Worst customer service. I think I've ever seen in my life. Their game is glitched and broke has 2 of my same characters running around on the screen. At the same time, they can't fix it and then keep trying to put it off on me because they can't fix their problem. I've already put a message into PlayStation. Asking to have NBA 2K25 removed from their service. Off of their store, your game is broken. I wasted over a 100 VC 1000 VC how to restart my character. It works now that I restarted it but I quit your game because I am asking for a refund and showing the amount of texts and messages over two days.Of not having anything fixed

Title: Account Closed Without Valid ReasonReview:I had an account on Chess.com with the username mr_a_nice. Recently, my account was closed due to alleged violations of the Fair Play Policy. However, I have never engaged in any cheating or used any external assistance. The closure of my account is extremely unfair and disappointing.Despite reaching out to their support team, I have not received any clear explanation or fair resolution. I am willing to provide evidence of my games and even participate in a live video game session with a Chess.com representative to prove my fairness.I am submitting this complaint on Trustpilot to make other users aware of such issues and to encourage Chess.com to improve their support and account review processes.This treatment has severely damaged my experience with Chess.com, and I sincerely hope the responsible team addresses this complaint properly and considers reinstating my account.

TERRIBLE customer service. I called ESPN PlUS two months in a row to let them know I was double charged for ESPN plus. The second time I called, I was on the line with a customer representative over 30 minutes. Even though I sent copies of my bank statement and screen shots of my apple charges, they said they couldn't verify that it was espn plus charges from apple. Same exact amount charged on same day both months. I sent a screen shot from my apple account on my iPhone showing epsn plus beside amount. The customer rep had to talk to two different supervisors and said she needs to enter info on her chat screen to get my refund. All of this for $6.49 X 2. It was the principal of it all and getting unauthorized charges to my bank statement. She kept telling me she was waiting for a reply and bare with her. This went on for over thirty minutes. I asked the representative why this was taking so long. She explained that if I would have had an apple email confirmation it wouldn't have taken so long. I searched for an apple confirmation and did not find one. She then said if I had canceled my subscription with espn plus it would have been quicker. I told her if that's the case, then I would cancel my subscription. She then said give me five minutes and I'll get your refund processed. VERY VERY frustrating. I never leave reviews so obviously this was a bad experience for me to leave a review.

I watch cnn, abc, cbs, nbc and fox. I am amazed at the bias that all these so called news stations have. All except fox do nothing but complain, deride, or have constant criticism of the president. In order to get back our lives I would like to see more issues that we can agree upon less trying to see what is wrong and more on what is right. I no longer can watch cnn who more than the others seems to thrive on anti trump news.

Signed up today at a discount--$1 for 6 months. After I signed up, I noticed they auto-renewed for $16 for every 4 weeks. Immediately phoned to cancel but they wouldn't give my money back. They boast about honesty in reporting, but cheat their customers.

When I signed up for the Amex Gold card, I was under the impression that it included complimentary Priority Pass lounge access. I only discovered the charges after I received my bill – and I had already visited multiple lounges by then, assuming access was free.I’ve contacted Amex to dispute the charges and raise concerns about how this benefit is marketed, but have received no helpful response. For a premium credit card, this level of transparency and customer service is completely unacceptable. I now intend to cancel my Amex account entirely. Really disappointing experience.
