Been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be. Never a problem with website, out of stocks or shipping. Superior all around. I even made a mistake during an order that cost me $90. I called customer service a month later when I received my credit card bill. They gave me a full refund that I wasn’t expecting. Way to go Amazon! I continue to be a loyal customer.

Poor customer service. I made a purchase after being linked from theknot.com wedding registry website to a seller. The purchase was made, but surprisingly there was no opportunity to make a note or provide my email. I found out later the product, nor its value was delivered to the wedding party. When emailing The Knot to request assistance, their response was unhelpful and not relevant to my inquiry. It is clear theknot's customer service reps are simply pasting boilerplate responses to customer inquiries. The Knot needs to proactively assist customers when there is a problem with the interface between the registry and contracted sellers.

I've been using hotels.com for many years for business and personal trips all over the world and been a Gold user for the entire time.I've redeemed over 40+ free nights and just had my reward nights converted into over £700 one key cash.From earning essentially 10% down to 2%, it's really a kick in the gahoolies.Their previous reward program created a sense of loyalty, I didn't use any other booking website.Now, there is no real incentive to use hotels.com. I am now starting to use IHG/Hilton/Marriott schemes instead. Such a shame, and I suspect they have lost lots of customers like myself. I hope they take note of all these comments circulating online and revert back to their original scheme. If they do, I will come back, I suspect lots of other customers will also.

I have been using freshbooks over a year paying $200 for basically nothing. It does offer some features but the integration API is extremely unstable. Simply put, your accounts can unlink at any given time and if you are not constantly watching or checking the application you may have to go into you banking application and generate files for missing data. I deem it unuseful to me because that has been the case since the very beginning. Honestly, it's not worth the money that's paid. You most definately have to hire an additional book keeper or diy your accounting. Of course this system is probably configured the way to be able to market additional accounting features at a premium cost. If you have money to waste then this is your place but if you don't I highly suggest shopping elsewhere. I am chosing to close my account today. I gave it a good run and it's not a stress or workload reliever at all. Best of luck

The cloud finance package constantly crashes and doesnt save items when adding expanses.The email feature expense receipt feature doesn't work we have emailed fresh books 6 times.The support is totally rubbish there is no support. If you want to waste your money like us on an accounting package then Fresh Books it is.

Totally agree with an earlier review. It’s a very effective app for learning but I’m always extremely wary of companies that hide their costs. Try finding out the subscription price of Super Duolingo without opening the free trial. Impossible & it’s hidden at every option. Total lack of transparency that I distrust.

I ordered a pair of coach shoes and since I live in hawaii we don't get free shipping so I was charged an extra $10.42 for shipping. The shoes were too big as they didn't run true to size and I had to return them and Macy's would not credit me the shipping charges! Terrible customer service for a long time macys customer. I will not be ordering anything else online from Macy's as they add the extra shipping to hawaii and then do not give you the shipping refund if merchandise does not fit. O-:
