UPDATE: Problem has been resolved at last, upgraded from one star to 3Whatever activity I attempt to carry out it states my 2FA code is incorrect. After a lengthy back and forth and providing evidence and taking pictures with codes and wasting time and resetting everything and then setting it all back up we are no further and the same problem persists. At this point I believe it is done on purpose to steal my balance or wrongfully hold it for as long as possible. When contacting support recently 11.12.2023 it stated I will receive a response in 2 hours. Instead I received a response 4 days later. The response was (summarised): 'Thanks for reaching out, explore our help center, should you need anything else contact us' and my request was closed. I am just going in circles.In response to reply by Crypto.com: I have tried to contact the live chat many times. I do not get a response for many days and half the time you close my request without providing assistance, the other half of the time the assistance provided is useless.

I contacted the BBB for help with getting a refund I was entitled to through a terrible scam travel company. I provided them proof of my purchase and gave information on how often I had been calling the business and their responses to me. About a week later I got an email from the BBB saying they had reached out to the business. The business contacted me that day and sent a confirmation email that I would be reimbursed. I was reimbursed on my card the next day.I honestly don't think I would have ever gotten my money back had it not been for the BBB.

Literally just a ridiculously idiotic store. That fact that an order can get cancelled after it has been placed due to no item in stock is astonishing. I know of NO other store that those this. Literally only in america ofc. Makes no sense and wastes the times of costumers. Will NEVER be placing another order ever again. Awful.

Another billing nightmare. The support is nonexistent (ironically), you cannot get a human being on the phone. The accounting contact is different every time they email you, and they do not respond when you email them back. Don't bother pressing the Sales option to reach a person - they just transfer you to the same unresponsive loop. Their own options (Press 1, etc.) give a message that "this is not a valid response." Yikes.

We had 2 x bookings with RCL and I cancelled both instead of just the one. I called them back to re-instate the 2nd booking (within 24 hours) and they were not interested, costing us £375 in lost deposits and then quoting $1000 more for the same booking. The operator didn;t even offer to escalate it or to explain the situation to a manager to consider that it was an error and was asked to rectify a few hours later, only to say those are our terms and conditions and so sorry for the inconvenience. They are not sorry at all, and their customer service is shallow and non-existent. Was going to be our 1st cruise with them but we won't ever be booking with them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER shop with red flag 🚩 LG Global. 🚩 Their customer service is horrific and completely unprofessional (worst at the executive level). Save yourself the trouble. 👿👿 this is not the only place I plan to leave a bad review but wanted to spare as many ppl as possible in the future. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to get resolution to my issue only to be spoken rudely to after multiple attempts to set up a repair or resolve another way. Furious and never using LG for another appliance again.

I’ve been playing their games and won over 3 thousand dollars but have yet to receive any money. Their games are a scam. They promise to pay if you play and when you win you have to go do more task and after you complete them it’s more task and when you complete them it’s more task and so on and so on. They never pay you. It’s a scam to get you to watch a ton of ads. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAM GAMES!

This company is a complete disappointment. They take no responsibility or offer any help. If you make a purchase and it doesn’t arrive, good luck getting any assistance to resolve it. They don’t care about providing quality service or value. Avoid this company and app at all costs!

They sent someone who had no idea how to paint - like really NO idea. As in a drunken alpaca on the teacups given a gallon of paint would have come out with less missed spots, drips, and damage. This person who, despite being asked multiple times (including in the project description used for the bid) to please protect the floors and that they needed to prep the trim before painting it did neither. And then spilled paint all over our living room and hallway floors (not even the rooms they were painting - they were painting bedrooms!) And thumbtack support claims that this is fine because "the pro thinks they did a fine job" claimed we "said it was okay to spill paint on the floors" (who in their right mind would ever say that?!). 10k of damage to the floors that were not even in the room where they were supposed to be painting, a paint job that has to be redone, damage to the bathroom sink (where they poured paint out!), floors, etc somehow is "to be expected" and that the pro said we said it was fine to spill paint anywhere (who would ever say that?!). The paint they did put onto the trim peeled off less than a week later. And then we learn that the "pro" isn't even using a legal name or registered business name so our legal team is going to have to hire a private team to track him down to service. Stay away, far, far away.
