The mobile service works well. The issue I have is with customer support. It's really not possible to get it as the chat support is actually a marketing functionThe problem is customer service, and ATT is joining the chorus of companies that can not provide help in difficult settings.I've had my account for decades, for many years, I've had an email come once a month with my charges as a reminder I need to charge family members. 2 months ago, they just stopped coming. I can go online to my account settings and see it REMAINS set that wayWhen I tried to use chat, the insufferable AI chatbot took very specific, simple problem text and basically said "Oh, you want to set email bills!"... NOAfter typing 'TALK TO A PERON" 4 or 5 times, it put me in the queue. The person on the other end of the chat said let me review your description of the problem... and proceeded to follow where the chatbot was going... again I had to answer "NO", and re-state the problem.Then, they asked if they could market to me during the call,, and another "NO, I don't want to be marketed to, help me get my bill emailed"Then asked me to confirm my physical street address. Hmmm ok. Then said "While I work on your problem....".. then three posts about buying high speed internet at my home, ending with a question as to what date I wanted to schedule to have it installedI ended the chat. ATT gets 3 starts because like a number of businesses customer support model: If everything works as planned, you're fine,, if not, you're screwed and have to work around

Bought Target store gift card $50 paid, recipient used to make purchase and told by cashier zero balance on card. She tried to file complaint with 800# on back of gift card, Target did not forward to fraud investigation dept. I have filed 3 complaints and it's been two months of calls to 800# out of USA (no one speaks English) and I'm still getting run around. DO NOT EVER EVER BUY A TARGET GIFT CARD. I was totally ripped off for $50 and Target has been rude thru the entire complaint process.

I was charged for a Lyft ride and I never used them. Can't find a number to contact them. What a bunch of BS! How do you hide from the public when you its the people who you depend on to do business? I will never use them or pay for anyone to get a ride through them. Thief's!

Both drop box personal and business are not secure. I have lost my important personal data and business data. And I saw form the dialog box that my data was deleted while I was offline and nothing I can do to stop it. The customer service of dropbox is super pool. They don't help you to solve the issue, but ask you to upload lots of document and eventually nothing change at all. Eventually I have to transfer my data all to somewhere else and completely delete the account to make sure others not stole my data.

UPDATE: Problem has been resolved at last, upgraded from one star to 3Whatever activity I attempt to carry out it states my 2FA code is incorrect. After a lengthy back and forth and providing evidence and taking pictures with codes and wasting time and resetting everything and then setting it all back up we are no further and the same problem persists. At this point I believe it is done on purpose to steal my balance or wrongfully hold it for as long as possible. When contacting support recently 11.12.2023 it stated I will receive a response in 2 hours. Instead I received a response 4 days later. The response was (summarised): 'Thanks for reaching out, explore our help center, should you need anything else contact us' and my request was closed. I am just going in circles.In response to reply by Crypto.com: I have tried to contact the live chat many times. I do not get a response for many days and half the time you close my request without providing assistance, the other half of the time the assistance provided is useless.

I contacted the BBB for help with getting a refund I was entitled to through a terrible scam travel company. I provided them proof of my purchase and gave information on how often I had been calling the business and their responses to me. About a week later I got an email from the BBB saying they had reached out to the business. The business contacted me that day and sent a confirmation email that I would be reimbursed. I was reimbursed on my card the next day.I honestly don't think I would have ever gotten my money back had it not been for the BBB.
