Saw an amazing image online of the Gracie dress, purchased straight away. When it arrived (in a shocking state may I add, I would expect better care for a nearly £150 delicate dress) the pattern on the dress was not a great placement, all plain on the front and all the pattern on the back. I decided to find my nearest store which was a 50 minute train journey to Spitalfields London to see if I could pick a better one out myself. The staff on the phone popped my size on hold for me so it wasn’t a wasted trip, and I’m after explaining my reason for exchanging they looked for a good pattern placement on the front of the dress they had in stock. When I arrived I asked for my item on hold and it was brought to me only to discover after 5 seconds of looking at it that it had been worn and refunded in store. Stained and bobbled. Such a shame as the pattern placement on this dress was great, the other 3 size 14’s in stock were the same naff pattern that I received in the post. One of them snagged and laddered. I got a full refund and decided that the dress wasn’t going to wear well even if I did fix the perfect pattern. Staff were very nice and helpful but it was a shame that the worn dress that was refunded in store got past the cashier on the day and then again putting on hold for me to make the special trip.

I'm a user Facebook costumer. I'm disabled person and I'm blocked on Facebook. OK. I tried to search for support on some groups of disabled person's on Facebook but Facebook doesn't allow me to any information. That is disgusting. Hope, someone smart than me, I'll go in tribunal court with this comunist network.
