The joke is on me…..

I bought a pair of hot pink cheap/sale crocs for my teenage daughter as a joke Christmas present…. The joke is on me because she loves them….. and I mean really loves them.Thankfully she hasn’t worn them out in public yet (can you tell that I am not a fan?!) but uses them around the house and thinks they are great.Delivery was as promised and arrived in the stated time despite the Christmas rush.Despite my best effort to dislike crocs, I can’t find any reason to fault anything about the service or the quality of the product. I might even convince myself to purchase a pair as a quick indoor/outdoor shoe at the back door for the bins one day…… maybe.

Awful

Awful. Absolutely no idea if my order(s) have been received!! Evertime I try to order through the website and I click to proceed to payment, the next page that shows is "your basket is empty". No email confirmation or payment taken from bank. Attempt to contact, painful! Given different answers. All order numbers I'm given when put into the website it advises no order found. I've tried multiple times to order, let's hope they don't all turn up, but seems for such a large popular company, they have zero customer service or knowledge of what is going on!!!! Horrendous. Really put me off.

Some good content but when watching a…

Some good content but when watching a series, in particular Spin City, the episode finishes before the credits are finished which is infuriating as this particular show always has an added scene as the credits roll so you're never able to watch that scene finish. The timer comes up with 10 seconds too soon or should be altered to a minute to allow for the last scene. Adverts are relentless especially during a break. I understand the need to make money so we don't have to pay for the app but it's absolutely ridiculous. You even get an ad when pausing a show which is laughable at best.

They are DISHONNEST

They are DISHONNEST, will steal your money. DON'T BUY ANYTHING THERE....My colleagues offered me a USD 400 gift card in March 2023 with no expiry date. But in the summer 2023, Bath Bed & Beyond announced that all gift cards purchased before the company transfer to their new owner are not valid any more. They didn't give any warning or pre-information to customers , to me or to my colleague who purshased the gift card for me, although they had our e-mails. They never replied to my e-mails and complaints. Beware of the risks. Dishonest seller. Don't buy anything there.

Leah S., If I can remember her name correctly. God bless her whole entire life and world! She’s helped my wife out with updating her school laptop! This device was a windows 11 but it ran like it was made in 2003! Trust me, that’s an understatement! But my wife followed through with the assistance from the HP remote assistance feature. It started with the help from Naji or something similar, a kind and gentle aura representative that good energy seeped through the screen, as he reassured that I’d we’d be taken care of then he transferred us to Leah! And that’s when the blessings came in and I can almost feel the energy shift me from feeling frantic to confident. Because as we began to communicate through the messages, she automatically knew what was our issue by confirming the issue at hand. After my wife responded to confirm, and Leah asked for permission to take control, we was literally in awe!! 🫢 like I I wish to replay this instance again because what she was doing was amazing! The device had to reboot and our session was short-lived. But Leah S. fixed my wife’s problem with the updates. And now she able to finish her school work with the help from Leah and the rest of the crew at HP customer support! We want to say thank you God for blessing these people with these technical skills. And thank you HP for having a good quality, customer support team! And thank you dearly, Leah S.!!! You are a hero!!!!!!!!

Wasn’t made clear that the payment was manual, I expected the payment to come out after the 30 days so only realised it hadn’t been paid two days later when another payment went through. Could have affected me credit score so not happy that it wasn’t made clearer

Reviews on CodeCanyon are fake, they delete the real ones to sell low quality items and support

All ratings of items on CodeCanyon are not real and mislead all buyers. I was totally disappointed of an item + addon for it and the support for them for all my wasted time and effort for more than 1 year of work. And they were deleting my reviews every time I was trying to warn future buyers... I contact he support and that is what they answered: "Our guidelines on rating items mean that you must do this within 12 months of purchase.....". So - when you see 5-stared item there - don't believe. They won't give your money back (for the time and work it is impossible of course) and they won't allow you to give a real rating, unless it is 5 stared and encourages others to buy without knowing the real quality...

1 star is very generousI was pre-approved and then I went with full application. Approved and set the direct debit.i was told I'll receive an email with my online details and the card will follow after. 7 days after and I got a letter saying I was rejected. That's not the problem. The problem was that 86 points dropped on my credit scored after the hard search which was done the sand day I was told I'm approved. . I've been trying to rebuild my credit score and I'm bach 4 months. Waste of time. Crap service.

Abebooks never shipped book ordered

Ordered a book for a college class that was needed in a timely manner. I kept checking the tracking status to find, “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item.” About 2 weeks later I inquired on the delivery status with Abebooks as their final delivery date range was getting close and tracking stated it hadn’t even been shipped out yet. Instead of even checking it they were lazy and just told me to wait till the delivery range came and passed. Finally days later, weeks after my purchase, they responded again with a flat out lie saying “we can only assume this item was lost in transit” since it wasn’t received, while the tracking still said they never actually mailed it out. They lied, plus took absolutely zero responsibility blaming the USPS, and then announced they were canceling my order. Without offering to rectify the situation by shipping a replacement book, they said they would process a refund. Like that is why I took the time and paid for the book that is still needed now but had to wait all this time. Horrible order fulfillment service. Horrible customer service. What a complete headache and waste of time dealing with this unprofessional company. Don’t waste your time with Abebooks.

While it can provide some good leads and good job opportunities, LinkedIn became more like Facebook where you share your private life rather than being a place where people can network and find a job.Most of my feed lately is people sharing their own personal stories, mostly tragic and totally unrelated to the business world. Would love for LinkedIn to be back to what it was few years back.

I am a long-time client

I am a long-time client, Pixel phones, G suit user, Gmail, Google 1. Two things - support sucks. No support in 2021 when I lost almost 600 photos when waiting for them to backup. Not a way whatsoever to contact and find help. It was a special case. Was out of storage one month before Google's date for the end of unlimited storage (it was May and Google announced it as of June).Second of all, they drew my money for a G Store purchase from a saved card in my profile, instead of from the card in USD currency I entered while checking out of the order page. I am outraged. Their support sent me a surely AI-generated response, nothing to do with the problem but common suggestions.
