Bought a rug that was too short in both length and width. The length was only short by inch and half but width was 6 inches too short. Wayfair says that would be considered a buyers remorse return and I have to pay for shipping as it states that due to handmade nature, dimensions can vary by a few inches. Nowhere in the description of the rug does it state anything about a few inches of variation in dimensions. And if it did, is a few inches equal to 6 inches? I screen shot the entire page and cant find it anywhere. Andres S told me 'A few inches' could mean 6 inches.So I am stuck with a rug that does not cover an outlet in the floor and bc I have 'buyers remorse' according to their interpretation of the issue, I have to pay return shipping. Andrew S 276 agreed that maybe I should then pay half of shipping. So does that mean that I am half right? Actually by saying this he is admitting that I am right. But I have to haul this 7' 6" X 9'10" heavy sisal rug away on my own and pay half return shipping to solve the problem. So remember this if you see curtains or rugs or handmade baskets bc there can be up to a 6 inch discrepancy and you will have to pay for return as "a few inches" is whatever Wayfair choses. Absolutely awful customer service. I buy a lot of tech and in general very happy with all services. GoPro support is by far the worse ever. They need to replace the team with people who actually want to help - and the blame is solely with the management for poor training and/or hire selection. They should be ashamed of their perception vs their otherwise good product. Do not buy a GoPro and expect any decent service should something be wrong. Trust your purchase and expect to have no one to reach out to in a time of need.Shocking.
