IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone in customer services. I cannot receive payment and keep receiving email messages to receive my payment and cannot speak with anyone. NONE of the help pages provide the correct answer so I go UNPAID for my event!! Very disappointing and frustrating. Also the tech team should know the site is really not intuitive from a use case perspective. Needs help!

Booking.com owes me €750. Hotel agreed to refund my early checkout and replied to booking.com’s authorisation email agreeing to such. Since then, booking.com customer service rep (phone and via email) have been incompetent and useless. One was so rude and arrogant (Moses) when I requested to speak to a manager that I hung up. It appears they do not have the sense to read through a case file and follow up like any normal customer service team. 4 hours of calls to booking.com, phone calls to the hotel manager in Lithuania and multiple emails and I am left in a holding pattern of the hotel stating they have agreed to the refund (this has been written in my messages from them on the booking.com website) yet all I get from booking.com in response is that they have not received the authorisation email. Booking.com customer services are abysmal. I am not giving up and will escalate and harass booking.com until I receive my refund.

People seem to be employed due to box ticking abilities rather than abilityRomesh Ranganation and Alex Scott seem to be on every TV show going. They have no concept it seems that people might get tired of them on everythingThe BBC do like pandering to the minority groups totally forgetting it's the majority they should be catering toI have no idea how anybody can watch it

I have been an AT&T customer for 25 years or so. I have finally reached the end of the line with them. The wireless network speeds have really taken a nosedive in the areas where i work and live. I have compared my speeds with coworkers with same model phones their through puts was 300-400bps and mine was 80-100. ATT store said normal for this area. Wife gets new I-watch with cell data. We go to add watch data plan to our acct and they said there is a hold on our acct. We are delinquent on $1,500. I said impossible never have been and the balance due on acct was $0. They said i have to go through fraud dept and get a police report and prove it is not mine. Next day check my credit I have a default and is in collections. I have never received any notice from ATT or a collection agency. So, 25 yrs of being a customer and an acct that has never been late on a payment has to prove that it is not my debt. Because ATT did not do its due diligence in protecting my account and confirming the identity of a person making a fraudulent purchase on my account. I will be changing from ATT. Their blatant disregard for their customer will cost them more than they are saying I owe them. At $500/month it is there loss. So steer away from ATT would be my suggestion my friend. Sorry to get long winded.Signed Aggravated & Frustrated.

Animoto did it without a negative script.Likewise, Amanda, the customer service representative who handled my concern, was efficient, courteous, and was very positive all throughout the interactions. It was a bright way to say goodbye that allowed me to still look back and to give the site another try.I will definitely recommend Animoto! 💐🤗🙏⭐💝

I have three Nest thermostat, I have only had it 15 months, two the thermostats heat link white wireless box become faulty in such a short space of time. Luckily I had warranty which was expiring in 3 months otherwise it would of cost me £400 to replace both thermostat My advice is keep away from Nest and Install simple thermostat or try Hive unless you want throw money at it for replacements

I've been going on marketwatch.com website since the very beginning in the 90s. They used to be a legitimate website. Now every one of their stories are left leaning political nonsense, and many are without Truth at all. There they are now a sounding board for the Democratic party just like all of the others. It is a shame.

Absolutely disappointed. I made an order for my teenage daughter: an electric guitar and everything she needs from a case to strings. The site is very convenient for ordering. On August 1, my order was accepted. I was immediately informed that it would probably take 6 to 8 weeks to deliver the order to Israel. After 4 weeks, I started to worry about the order status, it had not changed since August 3. I asked, they told me not to worry for exactly 4 more weeks (haha), I was worried. The order status remained the same after 6, 7, 8 weeks. Only then did the company representatives say that my concerns were now justified and asked me to wait another 2 weeks while they investigated! In short, my cargo was lost somewhere, in letters some manager blamed the Israeli customs service for everything (I understand this is a global trend, but when you buy a musical instrument it seems too much) In short, they sent me the order again after 11 weeks, express delivery. However, after 4 days I asked for tracking and only then did they actually send me the parcel. as a result, after 3 months I received a parcel that did not contain strings and a set of picks. I wrote about this and no one answered me!!! simply terrible service. I do not recommend anyone to contact the company

Well, it is no secret that The Economist makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription once you have signed up. I told customer service ten times that I just wanted to cancel the subscription and THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANY FURTHER PROMOTIONS. The customer service agent just IGNORED everything I told him and kept giving me more promotion options even though I told him a thousand times THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED! He finally shut up after I used swear words that I was unfortunately forced to use. It is ridiculous how disrespectful they treat you and make it almost impossible to unsubscribe. I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE!!!

It took no more than a few lines of messages being exchanged and the renewal process took no more than 10 minutes from start to finish including the receipt of the renewed plan as an email received into my email inbox. Excellent service and highly recommended
