A great experience all around.

A great experience all around. We were already using the managed Wordpress services, but we also migrated one of our websites through their in-house services team and the process was very smooth and painless.Worth mentioning that customer service was also excellent and very quick every time we needed it.

I wouldn't waste my time with this

I wouldn't waste my time with this. I've spent a lot of time trying to get my walks published, but it seems the staff have gone on a very long holiday because nothing works and messages are ignored. For 6 months my hikes state this "This trail is pending approval and can only be viewed by you until it is approved." they never get approved, so I'm off to find an app that works.

Waiting time

Driver went to the wrong pick up point and charged me waiting time. UBER chose the pick up point, not me.

Bait and switch

Bait and switch! Did the free trial, loved the product, bought the $140 family plan. Through a sudden, forced "user interface update" they've removed half the functionality and made what's left so hard to access that it's neither fun nor educational (but thoroughly patronizing, it's basically an app for children now). I would not recommend anyone to pay for anything this company provides.

Follow up and it's not good

Well here I am with no relief whatsoever. I had called Wells Fargo to file a claim to reverse the double hit that TitleMax made on my account. They took the information and I was told that I might see a reversal as early as midnight that day. Days later nothing has happened and I just got an email hitting me with yet another $35 overdraft fee which Chelly at wells who took the claim said was not going to happen. After waiting on hold for 26 minutes with Wells Fargo claim department today I was asked for the password on my Wells Fargo account. I had called their claims line directly and put in my claim number. I have banked with wells for well over a decade and God knows when I put a password on that account. I have never ever been asked for a password and I gave every password I could think of that I had and that wasn't good enough. Are you kidding me? Wells Fargo has not done what they said they would do with this claim and my account is still overdrawn and it's Saturday and claims told me I would have to go into a Wells Fargo branch to resolve this. So thank you so much Duane/ June 5th 23 minutes and chelly/ June 13th 17 minutes and trisha/ June 15th 28 minutes for taking 60 Minutes of my time to resolve nothing. And Wells, please note Dwayne was just awesome. But the first call-in on a complaint always is.

Serious Caution: Confirmed Premium Domain Purchase Canceled After 20 Days

I want to share a serious warning about my recent experience with Namecheap’s domain marketplace.I purchased a premium domain name through their platform for a large amount of money. Payment was processed immediately, and I received written and verbal confirmation that the sale was successful. Based on this confirmation, I relied on the transaction, stopping my search for alternatives and beginning preparations for branding.Twenty (20) days later, I was informed that the transaction was being canceled because the third-party seller failed to complete the transfer. Namecheap issued a refund but refused any further responsibility despite having confirmed the sale.In my opinion Namecheap’s Terms of Service attempt to disclaim any liability for failed sales, but legally and ethically, once a company accepts payment and confirms a sale, a binding contract exists under basic contract law (offer, acceptance, consideration, mutual assent). In my case, the domain was worth substantially more than the purchase price, meaning the financial harm caused by their cancellation was significant. Simply refunding the original payment is not a fair remedy when real damages are involved. This experience shows that buyers have no true protection when buying expensive domains on Namecheap’s marketplace.Even after confirmation and payment, you can lose everything weeks later without any meaningful recourse. In short:- Namecheap confirmed the sale and accepted payment, creating a binding obligation.- They canceled the transaction 20 days later, despite full buyer performance.- Their policies leave customers exposed with no real protections for high-value transactions. If you are considering purchasing aftermarket or premium domains through Namecheap, be extremely careful. If a problem arises, Namecheap's policy is to simply refund your payment, without accountability for the damages you may suffer. Please learn from my experience and think carefully before trusting Namecheap with significant transactions.

If I there is a zero rate or a negative…

If I there is a zero rate or a negative I will give it to them, the customer service reps in their 1800 number are a bunch of crooked and dude people, notifications of cancelled orders are non existent and one rep actually pretended not to hear me on the phone after 21 minute call and being transferred from one rep to the next

I ordered a bracelet from Macy's

I ordered a bracelet from Macy's. I realized it wasn't sterling silver and went to cancel it within the 30 minute time frame. Everytime I clicked on "cancel order" a message popped up stating, "We run into a technical problem. Please try again" So I tried again and again, and kept getting the same message. I finally reached out to a CSR and by the time the responded, the 30 minute cancellation window had expired. They told me they could not help as the order had been processed and ready to ship. I checked my orders and it still said "processing". I feel like this is a scam to get money. Also, why would Macy's want to treat their customers in such an abysmal fashion? Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from Macy's.com from this day forward. They have lost a customer.

DO NOT USE THEIR FURNITURE DELIVERY!!

DO NOT USE THEIR FURNITURE DELIVERY!!! My daughter warned me but I didn't listen. They didn't remove the bed frame that Mattress Firm had offered to do for the same price. The trash people would not pick it up because it was "too heavy". Now I have to pay to have hauled away.

Extremely bad customer service

Extremely bad customer service, they provided a first delivery date, I contacted them to confirm as I saw it did not ship, the agent confirm the delivery date. Contacted them on the delivery date: the laptop is now back order and they don’t know when they will receive more. The customer service agent have a paper to read from and will not answer anything else. Very frustrating, so after almost 2 hours of wasting my time with them for a mere 7% discount (which I think is laughing at your customers) I ended up cancelling the order. Note that on the day they told me the laptop was back order, they were still marked as available on their website so everybody ordering then would have to wait a hell of a long time to get their computer…

MSM - ITV censored news

ITV censored news coverage the backbone of MSM control. Make note of the news they do not mention, this is the nudge, ITVs main driver is scaring the public with fake news, oh and getting Boris kicked out. ITV likes to mock China's controlled state which is doing exactly what ITV does, following a government-controlled message designed to spread state control. ITV news is filled with what-ifs rather than facts on all news. It really is not hard to give us the story not your socialist take on the news. I would not be surprised if ITV start the news coverage with look at the shiny shiny very soon which is far more honest than what we have now.

Avoid!

Please avoid this website if you can! Ever since they restructured their website, not only have certain rewards disappeared, but the rewards they do send are invalid I remember contacting them in December 2021, when I could not request amazon vouchers, that were clearly displayed as available rewards Instead of them to say they no longer offer them, they said it was a 'temporary technical error' only after doing a google search did I find out they had reduced their available rewardsIn addition to this, not only are the surveys not worth doing, they spam your inbox with these surveys and you cannot opt out!Anyway, as a result of all this, I closed my account and redeemed what I could which was a £5 worth of points, for a google play voucher. I actually forfeited the remaining points, as I had just under £10 worth of points This was in December 2021, however since then I have had difficulties redeeming this reward online, as I keep getting 'Fix gift carderror “We need more info to redeem your gift card. Send us details' After sending several screen shots of this, they still insisted the voucher was valid Finally in April this year, they said they will send it in the post and it will arrive in a week, however nothing arrivedSo I contacted them again, this month May, and they say there was a delay and to allow another week! Thank goodness, I have closed my account as I will never use again!Update: After contacting them one more time, finally received a working voucher!

Good products. Online delivery less good…

I like the products. They’re often quirky (both clothes and homewares) and unusual. The online service sometimes leaves a bit to be desired though. For example I put in a big order a few weeks ago and they decided to deliver in three different packages which wasn’t a problem. However the first parcel arrived in an open box. There simply hadn’t been enough glue used and the flaps had come unstuck. Luckily everything was still in the box despite it being open - well done couriers. The second parcel had one item missing completely and bizarrely contained a large number of jewellery labels (I did not buy any jewellery) which didn’t relate to my order at all. The third parcel never arrived at all. I was refunded for the missing item and the missing parcel but it was a bit of a hassle. So 5 stars for the products and 3 stars for the online service.
