Bradley was awesome!

Bradley was great! He acknowledged my concerns letting me know that he was listening. He took the time to walk me through the actions I should take. I had another concern regarding my accounts so he sent me an email with instructions. He also offered me some alternatives with new products. I was very appreciative for Bradley’s assistance.

Though the platform in itself is good

Though the platform in itself is good, the system for monthly subscription is atrocious! It brought the overall experience from 8/10 to a straight 1/10. I decided to get the Canva Pro subscription (12 euros a month) for me to work on my school project. In that project, I invited my fellow classmates to work on it as well. All was smooth, no complaints at all. Until the first invoice arrived. IT WAS 45 EUROS INSTEAD OF 12 EUROS. Like what the actual ****??? Apparently, if you decide to invite people to work on ONE project whilst they do not have Canva Pro, they will automatically switch your subscription from Canva Pro to Canva Teams WITHOUT letting you know. NO DISCLAIMERS AND NO EMAILS. Just straight up an invoice of almost 4X the amount you previously agreed on. Truly disappointing as Canva as a company KNOWS one of their main target audience is STUDENTS. They still decided to cheat their users like this. THEY ARE CONSIDERED MONEY GRABBERS THAT DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR USERS AT THE END OF THE DAY. TRULY BULL****

Got quoted a monthly price of $250, then we got a bill of $306 and gets better we got a bill of $548 a month. Avoid them at any cost or it could cost you more than you thought!

Again Amazon has moved the goalposts 😡😡😡I ordered eight items from Amazon four of which came the other four according to Amazon were lost🤔so I asked for replacements and as I ordered them in the Black Friday sale I asked if they were going to be the same price🤔NO was the answer so I asked for a refund only to be told I had to fill out a form to be considered for a refund😳(CONSIDERED)what a cheek I asked why I had to fill out a form only to be met with a barrel of lies so I duly asked to speak with a manager who also was reading from the same scripted card I have now sent off the form fifteen times only to be told they have not received it and each time I am told I have to wait before I can get my refund ( yes I’m confused as well)now I have to wait till Christmas Day then the manager said the 30th of December I’m wondering if I will ever get to see my £150 again amazon are absolute filthy scumbags I also purchased an item in September which I returned and guess what after looking to see if I got a refund yes you got it I’ve not received my refund it says your refund could not be processed now for some reason you are put on a timeline for your refund so while you think Amazon are dealing with your refund they are in fact stalling on your refund so when the time lapses they have your money for nothing no wonder Jeff Bezos is tone of the richest men in the world he is no more than a common thief what kind of policy is that😡I’m now on a timeline till February to see if I can get my refund but no doubt the customer service people in India will see to it that the goalposts get moved again by saying they have not received the stupid form you have to fill out I think it’s safe to say I will not be using AMAZON again I will go on eBay or one of there competitors as the service I received from Amazon stinks like doggy poo 💩 absolute filth I urge anyone who thinks they have got there refund from Amazon check your account I think you’ll find you been robbed by them😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I’ve given them my hard earned money in exchange for goods I never received remember they TOLD ME my parcels were lost not me saying I never received them yet I cannot get my money back it seems like the big companies are shitting on the customer AGAIN we got your money so we don’t care😡😡😡😡good luck amazon you lost a good customer here 😡😡😡😡💯💯

Terrible service bordering on fraudulent

Terrible. Yearly subscription on auto renew which I hadn't agreed to. Was on phone for 2 separate calls of over an hour. Told me auto renew had been taken off my account, but fee was still taken from my bank. Their methods feel fraudulent.

Fraudulent Business Practices

I called McAfee to cancel and receive a refund for my subscription that goes from 2/16/24-2/16/25. Per the representative I had to cancel within 60 days to receive a refund. The representative stated that because they renewed my subscription a month in advance (without permission) that I am not eligible for my refund. I will never deal with McAfee again and would not recommend them to anyone. They’re a rip off and utilize charging customers credit card a month in advance to get out of refunding customers. I am reporting them to the better Business Bureau for violation of renewing subscriptions a month in advance.

Order received from their online store but one item was faulty/damaged. No response received to the email I sent advising them-I would like to return it for a refund but there appears to be no customer service whatsoever. Item SKU 50058979. Order 639083.

National Trust Fleece Inn - what a let down

We had the misfortune of visiting The Fleece Inn, which I had seen was a part of the National Trust and so was very excited.The whole visit was a shambles. There was nowhere at all to park when we got there and after stopping the car to ask someone they started a torrent of abuse about the pub and how they couldn’t care less about the village and how all the locals were fed up with all the cars around and the noise. Ok, maybe a disgruntled local so we carried on and eventually parked some distance away from the pub itself.We really wanted a nice cream tea, just like we’ve had at most other NT establishments but were told we couldn’t have it that day but they did have a very nice pie and pint! I mean, really?! Bit of a difference.We just had drinks.As we were leaving we witnessed an oldish guy (around 70?) with a big beard who I can only assume was in charge by the things he was saying, being really quite nasty to a server who was left visibly upset. This was enough for us and really not what we expected from The National Trust. The property itself was very quaint and old but our experience was not a good advert for your brand.

Laptops are a SCAM

They probably make the worst laptops possible in the market, for reference i bought a victus 16 laptop an year ago, im already seeing massive performance drops and this laptop costed about 1000$ specs are so bad for the price other brands offered way better pricing. I last longer on bed than this laptop's battery. fans are so loud i literally play roblox and this laptop starts taking off. i had to get one of the fans replaced too. whole point DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOPS or anything HP. terrible company

Amazon often will not publish legitimate negative reviews.

I received a non-refundable, non-returnable edible product from a third party seller on Amazon. The edible product was in six small plastic containers, two of which had broken tabs. Meaning someone could have easily opened those two containers and tampered with the food.I related this in my review of the order. Amazon refused to publish my review.Amazon obviously cares more about its sellers than it does customer concerns.

Bought Studiobook 16 pro. Terrible laptop. Battery, mouse pad, noise, drivers not working /conflicting. Support non existent. Super expensive purchase for a super temperamental piece of hardware. Really really upset. No attempt to rectify the issue.

Unauthorised use of saved card details to debit funds from my bank account

A second UNAUTHORISED debit using saved card details is illegal. I have reported this to the authorities. After a failed and disputed initial attempt at a purchase, I contacted customer services twice to complain and make it absolutely clear that I wished to have nothing more to do with UO. And then, two days later, they used my card details to attempt another debit which is also now in dispute with my bank. This was for an e-Giftcard that UO confirm was not yet sent, and indeed has never been sent let alone received. Wow.

I spoke to Katie A. - (Sr. Client Relationship Specialist) and she was amazing! I needed help with analysing my survey results, but the cost was a little much for me as a student. Within an hour, I got a response and she kindly listened to my situation and advised accordingly. She told me all the options available and the steps I should take after. As a student on a budget, I was very impressed by the customer care shown to me. I was contemplating switching to another site but Thank you so much Katie! I will continue to use Survey Monkey :)
