Care.com sent me another request for information to settle this dispute. They admitted that they were "sorry that you had a negative experience" BUT, they cannot refund my money. Even after two days of terrible, "negative" service. DO NOT USE THEM. It borders on fraudulent behavior. You cannot use them without paying. Find another way and avoid these people at all costs!!!

Clothes are of good quality to price ratio. Mostly have bought home clothes and shirts, one flanel shirt has served me well since 2013, hope the new jeans will live long as well. Has never really been dissatisfied with a purchase, but sometimes spend a lot of time trying to find a fitting model to buy being tall and thin. Overall, I love the clothes and the offline shopping experience, can't really say anything about returns or post-purchase service though.

Return garden lights via Post Office. Waited for refund however it never came. Sent emails and telephoned but Amazon stated they had no record of receiving the return. Amazon deliveries are left on the drive and not bought to the door and made the occupants aware that they have delivered. I watch them on the door cam and they just drop the delivery on the drive, take a photograph and return to their van. Anyone could pick up the delivery.
