Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience – book elsewhere!I booked a tour to Auschwitz & Birkenau months in advance via GetYourGuide, specifically with a Dutch-speaking guide and a start time of 7:30 AM. Two days before the tour, I was informed that the guided tour had been changed to a self-guided visit, and the start time was suddenly changed to 1:00 PM. The next day, another update followed: new start time 1:40 PM.In the end, we only arrived at Birkenau around 5:00 PM, leaving us with just half an hour to visit – since the entrance gate at Auschwitz I closes at 6:00 PM, and you still need to take a shuttle bus between the two sites. We had to rush through Birkenau just to make it to Auschwitz I on time. The entire experience was ruined.In short: we got something completely different than what we booked. No guide, changed times, very late arrival, and everything felt rushed.I strongly recommend booking with a different organization. GetYourGuide does not deliver what they promise!

I write to you today not merely as a disgruntled seller but as a voice for countless others who have been victimized by eBay's archaic and unjust feedback system. This system, once a beacon of trust and transparency, has devolved into a weaponized tool, wielded by unscrupulous buyers to extort sellers and manipulate ratings.It's a well-known fact that eBay's feedback system is a prime example of corporate negligence. The platform has consistently failed to implement adequate safeguards to protect sellers from retaliatory and unfounded negative feedback. This systemic failure has created a toxic environment where honest, hardworking sellers are routinely punished for minor infractions or even for no reason at all.The ability of buyers to leave negative feedback without providing any substantive explanation is not only unfair but also counterproductive. It encourages a culture of fear and intimidation, forcing sellers to bend over backward to appease even the most unreasonable customers. This, in turn, stifles innovation and discourages sellers from offering exceptional products and services.eBay's lackadaisical approach to resolving disputes and moderating feedback is equally infuriating. Sellers are often left to fend for themselves, forced to navigate a labyrinthine appeals process that is both time-consuming and ineffective. The platform's customer service representatives, if they can be reached at all, are often unhelpful and dismissive.It is clear that eBay's leadership has lost touch with the realities of the modern e-commerce landscape. While other platforms have embraced innovative solutions to protect sellers and foster trust, eBay remains stuck in the past. This antiquated approach to feedback management is one of the primary reasons why eBay continues to decline in relevance and market share.

This is the worst experience I have…

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I will never never ever do business with them again or buy any Dell product. The wait time on delivery is insane. Then they changed the date to more than a month out telling me I had to approve the change. I DID NOT APPROVE IT. When I tried to cancel the order I was told I didn't have an order and my email was bad. MY EMAIL WAS NOT BAD. Same email associated with the order. Not to mention the order number. Now, they are again charging me and have shipped the printer. A printer I don't want. I may get charged and stuck with this printer but I will do my best with all effort to warn people to never do business with Dell.

In my case, the person in charge was Alina Tikhonova who took care of my questions perfectly and quickly. In the end all problems in the JetAppointment plugin were solved and the plugin ran as it should. Thank you.

Terrible customer support and service

Terrible customer support and service. I tried to make an online airline purchase and the system could not verify my ID via SMS. And unbelievably CapOne phone support couldn't do anything to help. One would think they could verify my ID so that I could use their credit card to make a purchase. Guess I will use my Amex card.

Never again. I’m so done.

I’m have been messing around all day trying to sort out an order I placed yesterday. I literally spent over two hours on the phone trying to get it all sorted (their hold music is the same two generic country songs playing over and over and over again…after ten minutes I was ready to scream). Finally got it all figured out; the problem was on their end. Payment won’t process even though I have more than enough to cover it and have spoken to my bank, PayPal, and TSC twice. Phone tree after phone tree after phone tree and long wait times. Had to reorder today. No confirmation email, nothing, but pending charges are showing on my bank account. I do not want to call again and waste another hour + of my time but the item I’m trying to get is a gift for someone and I can’t find it anywhere else. Suffice to say, I will never, ever order online from them again. Customer service reps were nice but I got zero help, really.Update: Second order was shipped to local store. No notifications that it had arrived. I checked and supposedly it arrived last week. Called the store and they don’t have it. UPS shows it was delivered there but it’s missing. Had to call AGAIN. After another excruciating half hour with the same songs AGAIN, I got through. Rep was lovely, but the package can’t be found. So now it’s been ordered for the third time. It will likely not arrive in time for Christmas. No discount, nothing. This whole debacle started 12/5 and has still not been resolved as of 12/20. Absolutely infuriating.

No real people @ META

My account was hacked. My own bloody fault, no 2FA. But trying to get some information on how to handle in such a situation I've have tried in MANY ways to get in touch with a real human being @ META ... No luck. I even reported the hacker to them saying that he misused my content (music, video's and pictures) but never got further than a receipt confirmation. I don't think there're many real people working there, maybe some cleaning lady (from Mexico).I've had to give at least one star to rate them but that's really one too many.
