Disappointing Experience

I purchased the Joyalukkas 22k Yellow Gold Charm Bracelet for my daughter's birthday (Order ID: IQ17H4B365826Q4417), and I'm deeply disappointed with the overall experience.The GoodThe bracelet itself is well-crafted and has a nice, classic design. The 22k gold quality is evident, and it appears to be a durable piece of jewelry.The BadUnfortunately, the issues I faced with this purchase far outweigh the positives. The main problems I encountered were:Unresponsive Seller: After receiving the item and finding it unsuitable, I initiated the return process as per Amazon's instructions. I provided the return address of Joyalukkas India Pvt Ltd and sent the item via Delhivery (AWB: 2827762441325). However, the seller refused to accept the parcel, despite my continuous efforts to reach out to them.Unfair A-Z Guarantee Claim: I then raised an A-Z Guarantee claim with Amazon, but the claim was unfairly closed, stating that I was unresponsive, even though I was actively following up. The tracking details clearly showed that the item was delivered, but the seller was uncooperative.Lack of Support from Amazon: As the marketplace platform, Amazon should have taken more ownership of this issue and helped resolve it, instead of repeatedly asking me to follow up with the unresponsive seller. The lack of support from both Amazon and the seller has left me without the item and without a refund, which is unacceptable.The UglyThe entire experience with this purchase (Order ID: IQ17H4B365826Q4417) has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and support, especially from a reputable brand like Joyalukkas and a platform like Amazon. Unfortunately, this has left a sour taste, and I cannot recommend this product or the seller to anyone.I urge Amazon and Joyalukkas to investigate this issue and take appropriate actions to ensure that customers like myself receive a satisfactory resolution. Until then, I will be hesitant to purchase from either of them in the future.

I never made subscription but they used my expired card to debit my bank account

In August 2024, I suddenly found an unrecognised transaction. After further checking, I found a total of 30 fraud transactions (£10.47 per 3 months) (total amount £314.10) debited from my bank account between 16/5/2017 to 16/8/2024 by firstly (StudocuCom Amsterdam Nl) then by (StudeerSnel.nl). Later, I enquired with this company but they failed to retrieve any subscription either under my name or my email. That means someone had used my bank card number to make such subscription in May 2017. However, they claimed that it was long time ago and only agreed to refund me the last transaction on 16/8/2024 (£10.47) only. It was strange that I have changed my bank card for 2 times due to expired date and 1 time for lost/stolen reported. They can still keep use my expired card to debit my account for 6 years (every 3 months). Even though I refused to accept their minor refund £10.47 only, they can also credit my account by using my expired card details. It was great risk that someone can debit and credit my bank account as they like anytime.Reply to company’s response: I have lodged formal complaint to your support. But they still used the excuse of subscription procedures to refuse my refund even though they failed to find any subscription under my name & email. They also refuse to provide the proper channel which ombudsman that I can pursue my complaint.

There is no support AT ALL - is Ai running this business? Yes.

There is no support. Live chat is ‘always’ unavailable due to high volume, emails responses are useless as they only reply with even more useless links you have already tried, or they say it’s out of scope (for very simple things). There is no phone support. It takes 7-10 business days to even get a response from a human sometimes and don’t expect any solution…there is NO phone support or virtual live support.

Felt cheated, misleading description of phone cases.

I bought two I-phone cases advertised as "glitter" that cost over #25 each. When I received them they were cheap plastic, printed, speckled pink and blue, no shine, certainly no glitter. Customer service would only exchange or give me a purchase coupon, no way I'm buying anything from these "artists." Very disappointed.

Literally they don't have support. They use their dumb version of their AI, It can't even check the live status of the tool. DALL.E wasn't working and I only expected the support to know the issue and share a resolution when the service will be available. but it seems it will a week for the first response !!!! kidding me

Great customer service

Latoya in men's wear at DC store provided invaluable assistance. My son is handicapped and often I've come to Macy'd for clothing esp. pajamas and I cannot find what I need. She helped located correct sizes and even looked up other Macy's stores which might carry the size we needed. I have not not had asistance like that in severall years at Macy's. Almost did not go today based on my past experience but I accompanied my sister to return something and I was very surprised and satisfied with Latoya's assistance. I have been disappointed for several years now with Macy's but maybe the tide has changed there.

For your own sanity, please stay miles away from them. Once they got you, impossible get away from them . Impossible to contact anyone, impossible to get an email address, impossible to cancel my account and i can't even log in. It is absolutely a nightmare. DO NOT REGISTER WITH THEM!!!!!
