I had always thought LG was a good brand and renovated a house with mostly all LG appliances. I will never make that mistake again and since the service really does suck especially for repairs and having to wait months for parts (I’m in the Philippines) is awful. I have given up and started to replace the units with Samsung as I have had much better luck with service and quality. I could go into detail but I think the overall reviews do a quality job explaining the shortfalls of this brand!

Downloading files to a pc is very frustrating. I want to download my library to the hard drive. There is no easy way to do this. Sync just doesn't do anything. This is a very complex, frustrating and time consuming. Definitely will change to other service.

Malicious attacks and hacks are reported more and more every day. Since I don’t have a brick and mortar storefront, my website is critical to lead acquisition and customer registrations. I use Wordfence to keep my website safe. The tools are easy to use. The reputation for Wordfence is #1 in the WordPress industry for security. I’m very happy with their plugin and service. Highly recommend.

I spent $1300 on a couch for them to only deliver some of it. They took my money a month ago and I'm still sitting here with half a couch in my living room and no indication that the rest of it has even shipped. I feel like a fool for buying a couch online, and you will be one if you make the same mistake I did.EDIT: Hey Wayfair, I don't want a coupon for ten percent off a single item if I buy even more from you that expires in two weeks - I literally only want any communication at all about the item I already gave you $1300 for and that you mistakenly failed to deliver and now refuse to remedy or give me any update at all on.EDIT 2: Wayfair emailed me an update today, advising me that this couch which I ordered from them in December 2023 will not fully be delivered until March 14, 2024. So let that inform your decision as to whether it's a good idea to buy from Wayfair. They will trick you out of your money by selling you a product that they don't actually have and won't have for a third of a year from now. They'll sure take your money now, though.

Absolutely terrible. I’d give zero stars if I could. Facebook has the worst customer support — actually, no customer support at all. I lost my phone and couldn’t remember my password. I tried everything to recover my account I requested codes but they never sent them. Then, out of nowhere, they banned me without any explanation.I only wanted to keep my account because I’ve been on Facebook for years. All my photos, memories, and connections were there — especially with family overseas. Now it’s all gone. I can't even see updates or photos from my loved ones anymore.I tried making a new account just to stay in touch, and that one got shut down too after a few days. They claimed it violated “community standards” but gave zero details. Meanwhile, hackers and fake accounts run wild on their platform.It’s beyond frustrating, and honestly heartbreaking. Who wants to keep using a company that treats innocent users like this? If you're looking for a social media platform that actually respects its users, find something that’s not owned or run from the US.

So here we go, having to review this pathetic platform once more. As of today, my account has been disable and they have 0 reasons, not even a single email. I am trying to get it back and even make a new account, but doesn't work, cause guess what, the app is buggy as well. When I go to claim account, it bugs out saying email already registered. On top of that, the app itself is full of bugs, messes up your cameras and audio inputs all the time, and the video calls are horrible. But of course, you get banned for no reason.I will be looking for an alternative soon. AVOID the app at all costs. Scam rules, bugs, amazingly bad interfaces.

Customer service is awful. No contact number. Received an email informung me i would get a reply in 2 days regarding a refund, 7 days later still no reply. This is the 2nd time in 4 weeks ive had this issue. Trying to get a refund online is awful, will never use uniqlo again.

I ordered a pair of trousers using Click and Collect. I travelled to my nearest store and the collection machine was not working. The store (Oxford Street, London) spent 20 minutes trying to find someone who could help only to return saying they would have to call an engineer. They couldn't provide a refund and said I should wait for collection cut-off date to pass and then I would be automatically sent a refund. When the refund was sent I received an email saying the shipping cost had been deducted! When I called Uniqlo Customer Services to complain, they said they could only provide a coupon in compensation but on condition that I set up an account with them! Horrendous customer service values, no staff empowerment in store to help me, and failing technology. Avoid click and collect!

NO phone number anymore to contact them Over 3 hours on live chat waiting to be connected to an agent never got one. very bad non existent customer service. Only had product 3 months before a fault developed ended up having to return to retailer after explaining the whole situation, I am returning and choosing a different brand.
