Once you buy... it's bye bye from customer service at Squarespace

Horrible website customer service, cumbersome builder, false 7/24 hour customer service claim. If there is a problem with the customer service and you ask for a supervisor the customer service "care" person will tell you that they have escalated the situation to " the appropriate person" so that they personally don't have to do anything.Unless you are a person who likes to read hundreds (no exaggeration) of pages of instruction, hours of watching videos and search through other topic tutorials that will take most of your time just to locate...then squarespace.com is for you!Totally agree with what is said once you buy you will wait days to have the problem taking care of, if ever, from Squarespace customer service. They ignore the emails.Very beautiful templates but behind the façade there are inept and limited if any customer service people that will be able to resolve issues. That is if they answer the emails that you have sent them.Update. Finally bought a website after customer service inproved. I did a trial and found a completely different attitude. They have worked at bringing thier customer service on point. I would recomend using them now. Just understand it is not for beginners. They are more for a midlevel design ability level. But they are patient if it is pointed out to them that help is needed beyond the tuitorials and must be explained.

Just an awful website builder. Least intuitive thing I've ever used. Customer service is average at best. Doing the most simplest things is near impossible unless you are a web developer and expert.I just want a carousel to rotate FFS

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You can only email and chat but there are big delays with the chat. No phone reps to help you in case you have an urgent problem or the site goes down. I give them a zero!

Getting a replacement taking too long!

Getting a replacement taking too long!! I have spent over two weeks waiting for an exchange for my £500 watch that is under a month old....Terrible customer service. I have been without my brand new watch for weeks after it developed a fault. Customer support team make you jump through hoops proving the fault before sending a label to return the unit. Even after all this effort they then do not send out a replacement unit it has arrived. Why then can I not return it ASAP to avoid disruption??Wish I had taken the refund and gone for another fitness watch provider.

What have they done to eBay 🙁🙁🙁

I don’t use eBay a lot but I have been a member for 20 years and now I’m glad I don’t after a recent experiences . I was selling an item and eBay directs you to their postal service. The item was large but I wanted to get the best deal so it would help sell my item. Nothing eBay came up with was anywhere economical or suitable. So I went direct to a couriers website and bought the postage so much cheaper than buying through the eBay portal. After selling my item and the purchaser receiving it they made me wait 6 days for payment. If they do this with every seller they must be holding a very handsome bank account profiting from withholding payments to sellers and making a handsome markup on postage fees. And reading some of the reviews below I’m not the only one to be disgruntled at this sharp practice. Secondly I have just bought an item and they have charged this new buyer protection fee which amounts to 4.9% on the item I bought and charged vat on it. The seller must have chosen the eBay postal service as that was way over the top in cost. So goodbye EBay you have now joined the world of greedy, uncaring, unscrupulous, and downright rip of companies and I will not use you again!!!!

I used to love this app but now it is so poor as to make it painful to use. Endless ads and formatting problems. I tried using the web page instead but it’s so full of bugs it is a headache rather than fun. I’ve been a bored panda following for years but I don’t spend more than 10 minutes on it per day as it isn’t a pleasure anymore.

Beware of automatic auto-renewal and associated cost. Otherwise good.

I believe the product to good value and effective having used it for some years. The main problem is the default position of auto renewal; it is set as being auto renewal when the product is first purchased. The website suggests that changing this is simple but it is not. I suspect many purchasers do not want it and are surprised by the cost of being made subject to it.

I always have a wonderful experience at Macy's Serramonte shopping Center, Daly City Ca. I make my appointments with Roxanne, who is like a personal shopper that helps customers look for the right clothes, accessories, etc that would look great on them; she puts things aside for me and she always gets it right with not only the style and color but the size! She is a rock star and my guardian angel and if she sees something in her travels around the store that she knows will look good on me, she will call or text me; I have a hard time fitting clothes, so Roxanne makes it very easy for me when I come in; This wonderful, beautiful lady should get a raise, or promotion and a big fat bonus! I absolutely adore her!

Terrible and I mean TERRIBLE build quality.

Never buy anything from this stupid company! I bought a Lenovo laptop and I also had Lenovo earphones and all of those have caused me hassle. Let me start with the laptop, the laptop kept breaking apart from small falls and etc and it literally broke the hinge and made the entire keyboard come off from such a small fall, and the motherboard randomly corrupted one night and it didn't work anymore. Now the earphones, the little fabric got JAMMED IN MY EAR and I had to go to hospital to get it out as it was so far in it literally almost gave me an infection in my ear. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STUPID COMPANY. 诅咒你联想

My [previously] paid for or freely granted services had been turned off in error following the expiration of a one-off yearly subscription. At first my emails were not being read correctly, despite being concise and describing the issue succinctly, causing inappropriate replies from MyHeritage. I emailed back each time politely requesting they read them more thoroughly to give me a more appropriate response and to make the corrections to my account. Once this had been achieved MyHeritage support did provide instructions for rectifying the issue and all was well - but they should have listened to my concerns more carefully in the first instance and the issue could have been resolved much more quickly with much less exasperation on my part.
