They are SCUM

They are SCUM! Devoid of any accountability!I hired them to return a perfectly new basin back to Victoria plumbing. Guess what, they broke the basin in the process, and refused to take accountability because their terms and conditions only allow 24 hours to complain if something has been broken. Obviously Victoria Plumbing took much longer than that to notify me. How can someone have control on anything like this. These terms and conditions were specifically created to commit a fraud, and that is what happened. They are perfectly safe. They broke the basin and despite that, they are not accountable. I will not get a refund, I have lost £300, and when I complained with Fedex, I had to be lectured by one of their managers who told me that I should have read the terms and condition first. In other words she told me that they are a fraud and they hide behind absurd terms and condition. So asking them to be accountable would only be a waste of my time. We consumers have become ants...and apparently have no rights left. Lack of accountability should be criminalized. The only thing I can do is to warn the ones who will read this review; choose a different delivery service. FEDEX ARE DISGUSTING SCUM!

Truly awful customer service. Bought the hero 11 from their website whilst it was under offer for £50 off with an extra battery and as card. Camera arrived with no extras and I notice that they charged me full price. Been on multiple calls with them for a week now and still no resolution - just some very rude customer service staff who all give me a completely different story. Avoid at all costs - either buy from Amazon or get a DJI

Terrible service, my account has been hacked and my email changed without my permission, so I cannot log in and play games I paid for !!!! No customer service at all apart from a chat bot, that says I need an agent to talk to but non are available. No response on Twitter no response to emails. Never buying playstation again.

Unable to log in to my account - no help from Chase

I cannot get in my long time account with this company. Password doesn't work and 'customer service' can't help me. I filed a BBB complaint and got a call from a foreigner saying he was with the office of the President and would 'help' me get in my account. He lied. He wanted to put me on hold for an indefinite period of time to wait for 'an expert'. I told him I want to change my password myself and I don't have time to wait on hold !! Losers!! Don't get an account at Chase!

No customer service

Claimes to have good customer service. In reality you must register and get yourself free trial, join their email list etc. to contact any kind of customer service. After that there is 3 options:- Send message to chat that has good old "I try to google information from the site" chat bot and no real people.- Call them and automated message will ask you to go to support forum.- Support forum, where most of topics are unanswered and if someone replies it is just link to the some info site, not reply to your problem.Also, when you set up to their spam messages, there is multiple different versions that you have to cancel one by one. Earlier you had to give your bank account info to register so lot of people accidently "bought" themself this thing.So yeah... BigCommerce is most recomended platform as they have great customer service. But in reality they don't have any kind of customer service.

Had the worst Caesar salad in years

Had the worst Caesar salad in years, the chicken was fine and nicely cooked but it rested on just a mass of large lettuce leaves with soggy croutons VEGAN cheese (I asked the waiter if chef didnt understand the concept of veganism) to be told we only serve vegan cheese in all dishes as it makes it easier for us But not for the client as vegan cheese is pretty tasteless, especially Parmesan, as was the virtually non existent Caesar sauce. Absolutely awful.

Very vague information

Very vague information. After waiting at least 6 weeks all you find out is what continent with possible countries your origins may be. My niece who is my sister’s daughter came up 0% on some that I have origins in. How is that possible. If you’d like to know what continent each of your parents may have been from, well you’ll have to pay extra for that. In the end you won’t really be able to figure out your ethnicity. With a last name like Muehlheim I was certain there would be some German in there somewhere. Who knew that Muehlheim would be a common polish last name!

Yelp takes down honest reviews and keeps fake reviews created by the business owners- steilacoom cooperative preschool to be precise. Kelsey J, the blue school teacher is horrific. She doesn't teach the kids anything, let's kids tear up the school, hit eacheother, you name it. No structure whatsoever, and definitely not preparing the kids for kindergarten. But if you question her, she calls all of her minion board members to vote the family out. Kelsey is the new Karen. I wrote the truth on Yelp, and Yelp took down ALL THE HONEST REVIEWS AND LEFT ALL OF THE FAKE REVIEWS BY THE BOARD MEMBERS! MAKES ME NOT TRUST ANY GOOD REVIEWS! Yelp is like a virtual version of Kelsey!

There Is No Support

What support? They've stopped any support whatsoever.Try filling out their stupid boxes with something more complex than 'I can't sign in' and you'll come up against a brick wall, with no help available. Useless and CAN NOT RECOMMEND And while we at it...I sent back a 6 month old controller to you to be fixed. They returned another broken controller!But when I tried to register the new broken controller to return it, I was met with the statement that the controller was out of warranty!I'd accept this if you were criminals...instead you're just CNUTS

Decided to cancel after 2.5 months into a 3 months for £1 deal. The deal was very attractive and the website and content is good - I just didn't use it enough to justify going onto a regular subscription, so decided to cancel.To my surprise, you need to phone up to cancel.At this moment, I've been on hold for 12 minutes on the dedicated 'cancellation' option.That's given me enough time to browse around this site for other peoples experience and write this review. Just hit 13 minutes... let's see if I'm able to unsubscribe today.** update to this post, pending moderation. I've just hit 23 minutes on hold to try and cancel and still no answer. This was using option '3' which is apparently dedicated for cancellation. Further, I was told there was three people in front of me in the queue. I dread to think how many operators there are if it takes more than 24 minutes for my call to be handled.** update no.2 - at 31 minutes, I got click.... followed but another click and my call was dropped. Pretty much doesn't get more difficult than that to unsubscribe.** update no.3 I called back, much better experience 2nd time. My call was answered after about 4 or 5 minutes. Helpful person, took me through what is available. Actually, I hadn't realised, but I'd finished the 3 months for £1 pound offer and had been charged something like £27.50 for a full digital subscription. They offered to convert this payment to four or so months of 'Digital Lite' or similar - which wasn't a bad idea, since I'd paid the money already. However, I politely declined and they proceeded to cancel my subscription for me. The call took about 10 minutes and said they'd confirm by email.The main reason I didn't stretch out my payment to cover a longer period of Digital Lite - was due to the earlier experience trying to get through to cancel subscription. Way too hard. So, I'm cancelled. That said, the promised email confirmation hasn't arrived yet.

Used to get 1 free night for every 10 booked. Worked very well. Now they have OneKey. Having just returned from Paris and night numbers 8, 9 and 10 i discover its all change. Previous 7 nights worth nothing. And the 3 nights in Paris worth - guess what. A whole £7. Wow. Appalling

Customer service is simply non-existent. Between BOT and people who pretend not to understand your instances (and do absolutely NOTHING) while promising that they will help you in your next life (but not when you need them), customer service (which once was OK) has gone down the drain.I have also been offered compensation, which was never delivered to me.

They charge far more than there competition and they have been out due to hackers and software issues for over 48 hours now. For their price point on there equipment I expect more from the company.
