Customer received the item damage and complain to me, I ask the customer complain to customer service because it was because logistics issue.Who know customer direct return back to me.I try to appeal but failed.I find agent who call Aziella,One of the reason is She said because of the return parcel is different with send parcelAnother reason is because of bubble wrap not enough and I show her my product already wrap full bubble and also product external box also wrap full bubble wrap😅😅Really disappointed

To put it bluntly, Reddit is not a great place. Terrible for newcomers, it is a community that thinks it is larger and more influential than it truly is. Discussion is largely dead. People will largely make some sort of hateful comment toward a person/place/thing, some sort of joke comment, a movie/game/show quote, or parrot some sort of unfounded Reddit talking point. In 'discussions', people with downvote (dislike) your comment if it doesn't align with their worldview, regardless of the citation of facts and figures to back up your statement, and most often providing no citations to back up their own statements. Redditors will often call you a shill/bot/troll/tankie for having an opinion or presenting information that differs from their own.Misinformation and outright lies are parroted throughout Reddit, largely due to the way particular topics have their own separate communities (subreddits). This results in an echochamber of sorts.The best thing you can do if you choose to use this platform is stick to the smaller communities. It's probably best not to comment on or engage in conversations/discussions with others. I say this as Reddit is one of the worst platforms for newcomers - people are largely hostile, or simply repeat some movie/game/show quote, or provide some sort of joke as an answer for most things. Perhaps what Reddit does best is demonstrate the need for greater investment in education and mental health supports.

I have not received one reply from a single kennel even though the response to my background information was positive. All I wanted was a dog. All I got was email from strangers and spammers. If you support Purina pet products you are supporting spammers and scammers. Don't buy Purina and reward this kind of marketing scam.

Alamy had a very good sales person who arranged good prices and was very friendly, always approachable and very nice to work with. Suddenly contacting her was no longer possible and the arranged prices changed without notice. The fees have more than doubled. Neither sales nor creditcontrol nor any of the given phone numbers work... no one answers or after a wainting loop the line is suddenly dead.

I had used this service once (very successfully), but didn't need it anymore (at least not for near future). I forgot to unsubscribe from the service and was automatically charged as per terms and conditions. It was my fault that I hadn't unsubscribe on time. However Shannen from customer support was very helpful and understanding. I informed immediately the moment I was charged that this happened by my mistake and they processed the refund. I greatly appreciate such fantastic customer service and I will for sure use smallpdf services in future when needed.

A lot of problems and bugs,Pdf form would change, things would be saved after writing something... texts jumping up and down... really hard to use I got frustrated after 1 hour of trying... cancelled subscription and cannot recommend anyone, you will waste your time.

This is the first time I am writing a negative review in my life.Two main issues I have encountered with edX:1. Course content is horrible2. ID verification process is terribleCourse content is horrible:I took "C++ Introduction", I completed the course in just 3 hours and learned nothing, honestly nothing!There is no any hands-on practice, no any useful videos. There are videos on the background of C++, how it evolved, what has changed from the previous versions and so on. Crap who needs this??? ID verification process is terrible:I planned to strengthen my IT foundation skills and decorate my shelf with a lot of IT certs in 2020. For this reason, I paid for the course. My ID verification has failed 4 times so far, because the system only allows to take a selfie shots. No attachments or front camera options enabled. What a poor service and very bad user experience!Conclusion:Overall, I have got nothing but stress from edX. I lost the followings:-4 hours of my precious time-99$ USD -4 times ID verification submittedMoney gone, time gone, no skill or cert gained!!! What a disaster service edX. Good game, well played!

Don't waste your time or money shopping with these scum buckets. They charge more in shipping and fees than any other used clothing platform out there. Yes instead of making sellers pay fees like the rest nope they make the buyers pay. Can't bundle and make a offer either. But what I'm most upset about is I had a package that was never delivered at my address I know this as I have several cameras on my property one aimed directly at my mailbox then another that shoes my whole driveway and others all over my houseNothing was left here on date or time they said was delivered. Watched footage that whole day and for the next two days. No packages what so ever. They charged me 11.99 to ship a.sweater 2 states away then another 2.99 for sales fee then another 2 bucks for some.bs tax which turned my $55 purchased to $72 and change and when I contacted them.about it there response was sorry go kick rocks nothing we can do for you. After charging so much more than. The rest ud think there'd be insurance or something, nope if a.postal workers.screws up.we got to take the loss which is total bs bc on their page the state they got you covered smh total bs. Staye all these things that aren't true..cant even call these.scammers no number on there service page and when you Google their number it has too many numbers for the US and doesn't ring or anything. No one will pick up so don't waste your time or hard earned money with these pos.

Need better online experience. I had 2 different sizes of the same pair of shoes delivered for a store pick up with the intention to return the size that doesn’t fit (they’re unisex, so hard to guess from online description). Upon picking up at the store, I was informed that stores don’t process online order return. There’s a possibility of an exchange with another item, but not when customer has paid using PayPal. Customers are being charged to mail back returned item. This is under the disguise of ‘environmental benefits’. However, logic dictates by not allowing customer to return to the source (their own retail shop), order will now have to go through the post, resulting in unnecessary emission.Shameful practice from Uniqlo. Items are good quality, but need to rethink customer experience as well as their greenwashing strategy as a company.
